The hotel is brand new and even better than I expected. Santiago, from the reception, was a sweetheart and gave me many tips and recommendations when I arrived. The hotel is cute, clean and the breakfast is really good, with many options. My stay was really great, no complaints!

Lovely traditional hotel in a courtyard setting and a quiet pedestrian street but just off the main centre. Very convenient for all of the tourist attractions in Potosi, near to the main plaza. Good breakfast. A very pleasant seating area in the main courtyard surrounded by plants. Helpful and friendly staff.

The room was good & comfortable with hot water all the time & great heating for the cold nights. The heating is provided by radiators mounted on the walls, (not just a small electric heater). Despite rooms facing onto the central courtyard, which from previous experience can be noisy, it was quiet. The chef is excellent! Try the steak with Roquefort cheese. The location was fine for us but might not be if you don't like a 10 - 12 minute walk to the main plaza area and Calle Sucre with it's bars (the walk kept us fit). Reception organised a taxi for us to get a bus to our next destination.

The location is great. They allowed me to leave my bags for the day after checking out. The water was hot at least for 5 minutes.

Perfect hotel in perfect location. Quiet oasis in the center with full of tourists. An old fashioned patio, but the room was equipped all what a traveler would need: plenty of plug-ins, fridge, super bathroom, heating, comfort.

The hostel is located very well, about 5 minutes from the main square. It is quiet and my bed was comfortable. The bathroom was basic but clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They even lent me a charger when mine was broken. The common areas are nice and you can get a delicious breakfast for only 25 Bs. Had I had the time, I would have liked to stay longer. I could also leave my bag until I left later that day.

Great location! The room was large and had a TV (not essential but nice) The hotel was great! Nice rooftop that overlooked the city and mountain. The staff were lovely - he even got up to meet us at like 6am to make sure we got a taxi safely. They also offer laundry which is slightly more than in town but 100% worth it - we got it done in town and it came back smelling like petrol, so re-did it with the hotel (after we realised too late they offered the service) and it was done in a couple of hours and delivered to our room!
