Came to Brandon for the Lady Of The Lake Christmas Open...
Came to Brandon for the Lady Of The Lake Christmas Open House.
It was wonderful. The adjoining restaurant has a great menu and incredibly tasty food.
Also shopped at the Brandon Shopping Mall. The Sport Chek is really huge and has a great selection of goods. Other shops were very interesting.

Brandon has at least one of everything you need except I...
Brandon has at least one of everything you need except I couldn't find a restaurant with duck on the menu and believe me I looked thoroughly. Found lots of nice places to eat though and great hospitality and very safe and multicultural mid sized city. I recommend coming up if you're in the area.

We went to a Brandon Wheat kings hockey game, it was excellent. Staff and people at the game were very friendly and helpful. Loved the blimp and the fan participation games. Enjoyed the selection of food and drinks.
We also went to Queens Park, very enjoyable.

Hotel is okay.
Hotel is okay. A little rundown but the bed was surprisingly comfy and the room was quiet. Nicole at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. There is a bar in the hotel but I couldn't hear it. It was pretty hopping though. Overall a good value for a quick stay

I like that brandon has so much restaurants & food shops to choose from. Lots of establishments to visit whether shopping, groceries or landmarks. Very clean surroundings & getting around is so easy. I ordered at pizza express, dined at eastside eatery, had milk tea at neo & ice cream at velvet dip!

We drove to Montana's, just a near drive. Good food and service.
Smitty's is right within walking distance and so is A&W

It was clean and good for the money. Definitely a stop and go kind of stay.. wouldn’t recommend long stay(comfort). If you like firm beds like myself.. it’s definitely a hit. Beds are clean and the rooms are basic. Definitely not a hotel you stay for more then a day or two if your looking for comfort. I have never in my life stayed at a motel due to the fact they are lower end up here they were really good and surprised us. Love the look.

On a positive note, we loved the spacious suite we were given. The nearby restaurant, Albert's Bistro, located just behind the hotel, is a fantastic option and comes highly recommended. We also want to highlight the front desk staff, who provided exceptional service. They were very approachable, considerate, and easy to communicate with.

value for money and reasonably quiet inside the hotel, but the parking lot seems suspiciously busy in the middle of the night with lots of cars and people who are not hotel patrons. Close to the Keystone Centre for events.
