    Cleanliness,well proportioned room with a fridge and lovely bathroom.Easy parking outside.There are no staff on site and the contact no was out of service.This is a self service hotel and is best viewed as a bed for the night or longer if you use the local cafes and eateries for your sustanance. The hotel has alot of character with a games room and a bar .Being out of season it was very quite and the bar was not in use.I would go again the only issue I had was not being a tec head was getting into the hotel.You need to go to the link on your confirmation e mail to check in to get the access code and room no.Not always easy at journeys end and being awake for 28 hrs.

    The town lacks a true center, but still offers plenty of Apres Ski and shops. Go visit Yolanda and her daughter at the Arosa Shop for quality souveniers - we bought hoodies and T-Shirts for the entire family. They are friendly and fun! The sport shops are knowledgable and helpful.

    Overall, Arosa is an excellent ski resort.

    Overall, Arosa is an excellent ski resort. Variety of slopes, very nice restaurants and bars on the slopes and in town, friendly people. Good variety of shops, free bus service, comfortable parking right at the lifts.

    Beautiful ski resort, loved the free bus which went every 20 mins and took you to the top of the sledding slope and also the beginners ski slope so you didnt need lift / gondola passes for those. We didnt ski so cant comment on that but had great fun sledding and feeding squirrels on on the beautiful squirrel walk.

    the best part about Arosa is the view and the mountain life. Hiking paths and nature are just perfect. Loved the attractions such as the Bear Centre and the Squirrle path. Great Arosa Card for free when you stay at the hotels there to travel for free in all Arosa! not so great restaurants - most of them were closed ..

    Very pleasant location, great scenery.

    Very pleasant location, great scenery. Arosa card is amazing to go up on the cable cart for no extra cost. Very easy area to get around. Clearly more popular in winter yet perfect for a summer holiday as well. Be prepared for the winding road up the hill if travelling by car. Yet very easy destination to get to by train. We will return next time in winter by train.

    A professionally run small hotel oozing genuine alpine charm. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The highlights were the help we received with booking our ski lift passes online during check in as well as the advice provided regarding ski rental. The hotel is ski in/ski out; 30 meters of walking up a small road takes you to a blue piste to the Hörnli Express opening up the entire Arosa/Lenzerheide domain. Return via the same blue piste at the end of the day.

    The location of Aves is absolutely superb! We visited over the New Year and it was fantastic for all the amenities that Arosa has to offer. It was always spotless and well cared for. The team were friendly and massively accommodating considering that the predominant languages are Swiss German/German. We had a great time with them on New Years Eve into the early hours. We’d happily return, maybe in the summer to see what the area has to offer.

    Very well equipped apartment. Relatively convenient for ski slopes. Check in at nearby hotel friendly and helpful ( you can get lift pass at the desk). Coop for shopping is nearby but a good 50 metres vertical lower.
