    Cleanliness,well proportioned room with a fridge and lovely bathroom.Easy parking outside.There are no staff on site and the contact no was out of service.This is a self service hotel and is best viewed as a bed for the night or longer if you use the local cafes and eateries for your sustanance. The hotel has alot of character with a games room and a bar .Being out of season it was very quite and the bar was not in use.I would go again the only issue I had was not being a tec head was getting into the hotel.You need to go to the link on your confirmation e mail to check in to get the access code and room no.Not always easy at journeys end and being awake for 28 hrs.

    The town lacks a true center, but still offers plenty of Apres Ski and shops. Go visit Yolanda and her daughter at the Arosa Shop for quality souveniers - we bought hoodies and T-Shirts for the entire family. They are friendly and fun! The sport shops are knowledgable and helpful.

    Overall, Arosa is an excellent ski resort.

    Overall, Arosa is an excellent ski resort. Variety of slopes, very nice restaurants and bars on the slopes and in town, friendly people. Good variety of shops, free bus service, comfortable parking right at the lifts.

    Beautiful ski resort, loved the free bus which went every 20 mins and took you to the top of the sledding slope and also the beginners ski slope so you didnt need lift / gondola passes for those. We didnt ski so cant comment on that but had great fun sledding and feeding squirrels on on the beautiful squirrel walk.

    the best part about Arosa is the view and the mountain life. Hiking paths and nature are just perfect. Loved the attractions such as the Bear Centre and the Squirrle path. Great Arosa Card for free when you stay at the hotels there to travel for free in all Arosa! not so great restaurants - most of them were closed ..

    Very pleasant location, great scenery.

    Very pleasant location, great scenery. Arosa card is amazing to go up on the cable cart for no extra cost. Very easy area to get around. Clearly more popular in winter yet perfect for a summer holiday as well. Be prepared for the winding road up the hill if travelling by car. Yet very easy destination to get to by train. We will return next time in winter by train.

    A fantastic property, probably 3.5* - 4*. The pictures do not do justice! Lovely big balcony coming off the side of the living room, with a built in barbecue grill, a table tennis table with vats and balls, chairs and a lovely view! A separate smaller balcony off the front of the living room with French windows. The property is a minute walk from a bus stop, and is included in the free arosa card for trains and cable cars. Nice sized flat, nicely designed and clean. Clean building. Was very happy overall.

    Small but very comfortable room, not really an apartment. No on-site parking with the room but covered paid parking very close (CHF 18/24 hours). Good area with easy access to lifts restaurants and bars. Fantastic Arosa skiing and easy to get around with free local bus.

    The breakfast staff were very friendly, they make you eggs fresh. Shuttle van that take you directly to the ski lift, which is great since the hotel is down in the village which is pretty steep.
