The hotel was not located in the centre of Bern however was a perfect spot located 2 minutes from the train. Buses were also available and stopped right outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly/ helpful on local recommendations/ what to see. The hotel also offered laundry services (additional charges) which was very convenient and tidy.

Best location, spacious room, if needed one can use the complete kitchen, clean bedroom and bathroom, tea and coffee facilities available in the kitchen, nice sofa and tea table, excellent security, smart TV set. Had one of the best stays in Switzerland.

We liked the fully equipped kitchen in the room. The room was big and quiet. There is a free-of-charge big open pool near the hotel, so take a swimming dress (if summer). There is a supermarket ALDI near the hotel.
