Room was very clean and since we left the hotel the first morning at 5 we received a lunch package which was EXCELLENT. We had breakfast on our second morning and the choice was amazingly good - we loved it and can recommend it!!!

This hotel is an absolute gem. The rooms and common areas are absolutely spotless, the beds are super comfortable, and compared with other places we looked at it was extremely well priced. The included breakfast was excellent. The hosts were lovely and welcoming, and I really hope we will return one day.

Everything! This family hotel is fantastic. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. The service was highly personalised. Breakfast was tasty. The rooms were nice, clean, and cosy. The spa facilities of the neighbouring Walther Hotel were lovely. They even provided a dog bed, bowls, and treats. I very much recommend staying here.

Hotel Albris deserves its excellent reputation. Reception staff were extremely helpful and answered our every question in beautiful English. Location is wonderful. Transfer to and from the railway station was very efficient. We visited the bakery also run by the proprietors daily to get provisions before setting off to explore the area.

Our recent stay at Kronenhof hotel was highlighted by the exceptional staff, building history and the amazing facilities. The most perfect hotel in every way! The staff were so warm and friendly when we arrived, and every staff member we encountered during our short break were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, beautifully clean and had the most incredible view of the mountains and the hotel facilities were exceptional. We ate at the trattoria and the home made pasta was so delicious. Our only problem was we didn’t stay for longer! We can’t wait to return.

    The problem with the hotel is that in winter there is no way to go from the nearest station. And if someone does not have a mobile phone, they will die of cold and will not be able to reach the hotel. If you call the hotel, they will tell you to go 2 stations ahead. Then the hotel will take you, but before 6 pm.

    Excellent location high in the alps. Glorious views. Busy hotel with lots of day trippers coming on motorbikes, cycles, cars and the Bernina Express railway. Breakfast was buffet and good
