The staff were so lovely and helpful Cindy and Maria were always willing to help or advise if we needed anything. The views are so epic and such a peaceful location. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

We supposed to stay only one night in Brienz and choose the hotel close to the train/bus station. We arrived late in the evening at the end of rainy day, quite tired, but were nicely cared by a kind and considerate hosts of the hotel. We have got a Swiss style homely corner room with lake and mountain view and lovely balcony. It was clean and sufficiently quiet, with good sleep. Breakfast was simple but tasty and enough to continue enjoying the gougeous Brienz. Thank you so much for owners of the hotel for a nice stay! Good luck with your business! We will definitely come back.

Perfect location ! near the train and bus station but accessible to the town on foot. The STAFF are wonderful!! 3 week trip and these folks were THE best!! the hotel is great - not fancy but very comfortable and the restaurant was awesome. Food was great and the drinks were as well. Breakfast was more basic but it was all we needed. WE were given a pass for the gondola system in town and took advantage of that - enjoyed the town as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and meeting the people from the hotel. Worth a visit!!!

The breakfast selection was really good, and the staff always made sure it was fresh and there was plenty of it. The beds were extreamly comfortable, and although they are two beds next to eachother, it was wonderful having a big bed space to myself. The rooms were super clean, and had an mini fridge in the superior double room I had with my Husband, so it meant we could keep drinks and snacks cool. Staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. Only a 10 minuet walk to the gondola which takes you to the ski slops as well as the sledge runs. 100% would go back and will be keeping this hotel saved for future travels

We ate in the restaurant in the evening to celebrate my daughter's birthday, the staff were absolutely fantastic and very generously offered a special birthday dessert for us to enjoy. Our food was delicious and the service impeccable. We stayed one night in a well furnished and very clean room, the beds were very comfortable and we had a great view. The breakfast was wonderful, everything we could want and more, served with a smile. This hotel is very well placed, there are loads of things to do in a short distance.

Very nice small hotel on a curvy road with a view on the mountains. Location is in the middle of nowhere, but that's on the way from Interlaken to Lucern, so quite convenient. Rooms are cheaper than in many comparable options and this one has quite a nice renovation - even though this is an old building, the facilities (e.g. bathroom) are in perfect condition.

Beautifully decorated room, lovely evening meal, friendly staff, fab footpath up the hill from hotel into remote, traditional, Swiss farmland. Amazing views.
