Love the location and very comfortable rooms, our second stay here and this time they welcomed our rather lively dog too for which we were very grateful. The location is everything for this hotel - just so perfect. We hope to return for longer next time - we have just used it as a stop over on the way to /return from Italy.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm and welcoming feel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer. Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

This was extraordinary. In packing out, we forgot (and left in our room) a small leather agenda book. We called the hotel from our residence in Brussels to see if the hotel had found it. Indeed they did find it and notified us with a message asking us how we would like it send from Lausanne to Brussels. It was superb service.

We ate in Cully or very close by.

We ate in Cully or very close by. Overall good, except for Le Raisin, which was the first disappointing restaurant in several years (change of chef? less motivated staff? What a shame!). It had been our favorite restaurant for many years (change of chef? less motivated service staff?).

It's a peaceful place, perfect as a base for many excursions...

It's a peaceful place, perfect as a base for many excursions. A car isn't necessary; you can easily get around by train, which is wonderful. The area offers a combination of lakes, with fantastic swimming, and mountains, with incredible hikes. At the same time, you can visit and sample excellent wineries and stroll along paths through vineyards with spectacular views.

The lakeside in Cully is beautiful.

The lakeside in Cully is beautiful. Don't forget to visit the wine cellars. We had a very good meal at Le Raisin. It's easy to get around Cully, but parking is nearly impossible at certain times.

The apartment was lovely and cool. Very comfortable bed and pillows with beautiful linen. The appliances are high quality as was the coffee and tea. Superb walk in shower. Epesses is a beautiful village little bars for tasting the local wine. There is also a very good restaurant within walking distance with a terrace overlooking the lake (spectacular view) or you can go down to Cully.

It is a fourth time we spent an autumn weekend there and hopefully next year we will visit the place again. The rooms on the upper floor are exceptional, you don't really feel being near by the street. The views are worthy every penny. In additional the hotel offers free parking slots. It is a perfect place if you plan long walks on the vineyards (autumn recommended)

Hotel is located right on Lake Geneva and the walking paths along the lake. Room had an excellent view over the lake. Beds were so very comfortable, best beds of our whole trip. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant.
