The front desk staff welcomed me with genuine smiles, making me feel instantly at ease. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The receptionist, who was both professional and friendly, provided a detailed overview of the hotel’s amenities and services. I appreciated the personal touch, as they took the time to ask about my preferences and needs. Very good location. 15 minutes drive to Zurich, public transport close by, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. The hotel has a great coffee shop with variety of sandwiches, bread and a good choice of ice cream. It is a great place to stay with a friendly staff. No issue with parking with hotel parking as well as space on road side parking at your own choice.

The staff were absolutely fantastic!!! Although we don’t speak much German, they still talked to us and we had lots of chat. Everywhere was absolutely spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent quality!!! Lots of choice of food and teas and coffees brought to our table. An absolutely fab stay in a boutique and extremely friendly hotel.

I had a long layover in the Zurich airport at night, and this capsule hotel was a great find. It's located right at the airport, you needn't even go outside, there are signs. The interior is very pleasant, the bed ultra comfortable. I slept like a baby in my capsule, not stuffy at all. There are showers, towels, electric sockets, a space to store suitcases under the capsule. The online check-in process was a little complicated I think, but I managed. They give you a code for the room (there are several rooms with multiple capsules) and for your capsule. I'd say the only downside is the price.

The goal was to stay near Technorama, which we were visiting...

The goal was to stay near Technorama, which we were visiting on Saturday. We found a delightful bakery (Vuillat) right next to the train station. We recommend it for breakfast, especially the delicious homemade Bircher muesli; as well as the authentic Italian restaurant Villa Barone with fresh pasta and lovely staff!

It's pathetic that parking costs an extra 15 CHF!

It's pathetic that parking costs an extra 15 CHF! Room service was nonexistent during our 4-night stay! There was no kettle or coffee/tea, even though it was specifically mentioned in the description! The price-performance ratio is completely unacceptable!
