It was a beautiful experience at this hotel. They go way and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The beautiful crib setup with a soft toy for my baby boy was very thoughtful. I also had a delayed baggage issue because of which I did not have my baby stroller with me but the manager of the hotel offered me her own stroller free of charge to use for the 3 days we stayed there. Location is restaurant is amazing too specially the pizza. Also the little playground and mini go kart is a treat for the little kids. Book now for your stay at Gstaad and you won't regret.

    Nice chocolate box type of Swiss town. Very pretty and quite small. Great for looking in posh shop windows at stuff you can't afford. Nice station right next to bus stand ensuring easy connections.

    Beautiful hotel , great location and the best stay

    Beautiful hotel , great location and the best stay We had the garden view we loved it waking up to the beautiful views . It was only a few minutes walk to the centre in such a great location everywhere you look is beautiful the hotel staff and hotel itself was just wonderful I highly recommend this place .

    Booking Com must start to accept its environmental responsibilities. Where this is an option try and persuade guests to travel by train. You will often make a point of saying "A visit to XXX is only 15 mins away by car" Fine - but if it is possible to use Public Transport to reach XXX say so. Make sure your maps show railways! Always give distance of Hotel from station.

    Lovely quite sleepy village with plenty of cattle, and chalets. Due to thea altitude the local saying is " Come UP, Slow Down" and that is very much what it's all about. Lovely atmosphere. Quiet and beautiful

    Amazing swimming pool with several pools suitable for all ages and abilities, including an outdoor thermal bath with jacuzzis. The ice rink was up when we were there, lots of nearby cafes and pubs. Lovely riverside walks and great playpark/animal centre between Saanen and Gstaad. Many train and bus connections. Several gondolas up to mountain restaurants and views and walks. Coop cafe is good and relatively cheap for budget conscious travellers.

    The staff were extremely kind and thoughtful. They brought a nice basket, treats and a toy for my dog. Overall wonderful stay at this hotel! It was absolutely delightful. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with exceptionally clean facilities. I highly recommend this hotel. Also very close to the center of Gstaad.

    The Sporthotel Victoria is a very nice, traditional and friendly place. My room was cosy with lots of wood, and a big and nicely renovated bathroom. The location is exceptional. It was a pleasure to exchange with the owner, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely go back if visiting Gstaad again.

    Breakfast is great! The hotel is very conveniently located to the ski lift. You can walk with ski boots, no need to worry about the distance. There are also two ski stores which can rent ski/snowboard. Bruno Kernen is the best hotel owner I have met so far.
