I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

Everything was perfectly designed and well thought out from the modern architecture and interiors to the small gardens and the excellent breakfast. What a truly special place. They have thought of every detail! Beds very comfortable and rooms really clean, and the spot is magical. Love all the common areas outside the rooms and so nice how they have laid out books and games and all. Breakfast was delicious - esp the homemade jams and homemade granola. The hotel is situated in a small mountain village with great views but twisty roads. The room was spacious enough for one with a large en-suite which had a good shower. There is a restaurant which was very busy and the food was excellent. Breakfast was continental with a decent choice. The staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I’d happily stay here again.

It is a fantastic hotel up in the mountains with a breathtaking view and twisted road to come up. We were with motorcycles, so the road is a dream for the experienced rider! The hotel is very cosy and the hosts are great! The breakfast was fantastic, so was the dinner. The chef is excellent there! Very clean. Highly recommended!
