The staff is friendly. The hotel looks neat and clean. Breakfast could be a bit more extensive, but if you're a simple breakfast eater, it's more than enough. The beds are rock hard, and there's no air conditioning in the room.

The hotel is terrible.

The hotel is terrible. The receptionist was sullen and lacked service, the room was too small, and the breakfast at 9:05 was poor. There were no rolls left, only dry white bread for toast. Furthermore, we were charged tourist tax again, which was a "kurtax" (tax on tourist tax)!

Hotel in close proximity to Lake Luzern and had great parking. However, hotel closes quite early and there is a system of collecting keys from a lock box, which is a bit off putting after a long journey. There is no reception and saw no-one until breakfast. Great breakfast and really nice lady serving wonderful coffee. Room was fine if a little dark and no aircon but was clean and comfortable.

A good hotel with big playground. Childen will absolutely loving it. There is a lift to the second floor but stairs to the third floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. The staff were hospitable. A good place to stay for family. There is a nearby supermarket named ALDI if you need anything.

Parking was easy and good, free for guests too. Location great to get into Luzern, easy by bus outside the hotel and use of guest card ticket free travel which reception gave us. Breakfast very good plenty of choice. Room was good, very clean, beds comfortable.
