Breakfast and SPA were great. Beds are comfy, the cleaning serivce is really nice. SPA bag (with all the needed things for SPA) was waiting for us in the room - very nice and thoughtful. The staff at the reception, restaurants and bars is extremelly friendly and useful. Gave us many tips and tricks!

Room was simple and clean with amazing huge windows. Staff so helpful, and let us leave our bags. Loved the breakfast spread (+1 for having gluten free muesli), and being able to borrow a hiking rucksack was very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at Riders Hotel in Laax, and I cannot recommend it enough! The atmosphere is a perfect blend of modern, stylish, and cozy, making it an ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both adventure seekers and those looking to unwind. However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service at the reception. The ladies at the front desk were simply incredible – always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely happy to assist with anything. Whether it was recommendations, handling requests (looking for a missing SKI:)), or just creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, they went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts and all that Laax has to offer. If you’re looking for a place where great hospitality meets a vibrant and stylish setting, Riders Hotel is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning! Huge thanks to the incredible Team!

This hotel is tall: nice and helpful people at reception, large, quiet and very clean rooms with amazing views to mountains, very good beds and balcony, a rich breakfast and very good meals in the restaurant, which has a beautiful terrasse. The hotel is situated centrally in Flims, by bus - price included- we were in a few minutes to the lake. Thank you a lot for everything!

We booked a half-day river rafting trip from Ilanz to Reichenau. It was great and suitable for everyone. There are also various other excursion and hiking opportunities nearby, but we didn't do any of them.

Everything was perfect. The owner of the hotel was so kind and supportive that we cannot wished more. We were checked in before specified time, as well as we were allowed to take our car back from hotel private parking place in the evening of the check out day (this was a big present as there is not a lot of public parking places in this area). The hotel is super clean and cosy. There is are kitchen with all utensils and good coffee machine for common use. Our room had comfortable bed and balcony with a great mountains view.

Breathtaking view next to hotel, the best panorama during breakfast, never had something more beautiful during breakfast 😊 staff are very friendly and smiling, ready always to help. Breakfast was served in really pretty dishes, it was tasty. Room looks good and cozy. I red reviews about hotel before booking and we decided to eat dinner also at hotel ( i booked the table 1 week before our visit and was right because the restaurant was full) and it was so tasty beef with white mushrooms souse and potato.

We went to the Flims-Laax-Falera region for skiing for a weekend. Trin is beautiful little village. The room with the balcony had everything we needed. There was a large professional kitchen where you can make breakfast, lunch and dinner equipped with all the kitchen tools and utensils you can imagine - so just bring your food. Beatrice was very accommodating and welcoming! I would visit this place again both in the winter and summer.

It was a little hard to find, but I took the bus from Chur to Trin and then had to walk up the long, steep hill. Luckily I saw the sign by the bus stop cause I had no internet. Room was spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. And the spinach pie and tomato salad was Excelente and I didn’t have to leave to get it. Cool little village.
