We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

We loved everything about this hotel. There’s so much to share but in brief, it’s just a 2 minute walk from the train station yet so quiet overnight. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area but more importantly the hotel is probably the best we’ve ever stayed in. There is a history to this hotel, clearly linked to London and the great granddaughter’s of the original owner are still there running things. The food / breakfast was amazing. Very fresh and nothing was packaged. They trust those staying to serve themselves to the snacks, beer and wine in the evening and note down what you’ve taken and they honestly could not do enough for you. The decor was lovely with a hint of London times, old and new. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful little hotel with a lovely spa area and great breakfast. Martin and Melanie were so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do you enough for you to make sure you have a great stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice and cozy location.

Very nice and cozy location. There is a small tavern in town called Spycher where you can eat amazing Fondue. The ski tracks are simply amazing. There are 2 black ones, 5-6 red (if I remember well) and 3 blue. I loved all of them. In addiction there is an area for kids where they can easily learn the basics of ski. Definitely recommended.
