Very helpful receptionist Lily, a good English speaker, very friendly and purchase on our behalf all entrance tickets to the scenery sites in the area, as well as helping us with transport facilities. The room was very big with nice view.

The room is clean, the decoration is new, the bed is large and comfortable, and most importantly, the location is great, right at the entrance of Tianzi Mountain Forest Park. There are also many options for eating and drinking nearby, and it's very close to the station. The front desk gave us a map of the scenic area and explained the tour routes in detail, which was very helpful to us. The breakfast was delicious, and they even gave us a bag of snacks when we checked out. The value for money is very high.

The service was very attentive and thorough. The hotel is very close to the East Gate, just a few minutes by taxi to Forest Park. The hotel staff were extremely considerate. I asked the hotel to purchase tickets for viewing the Charming Xiangjiang and all other attractions; the cable car tickets saved me a lot of time. The seating for the Charming Xiangxi performance was very good and I was very satisfied. The room had thoughtful snacks and water. Location is superb - just a short walk to the forest park entrance. Very impressed with the efficient English-speaking front desk who helped us secure tickets and plan our itinerary. Breakfast buffet has good variety, and the gym is adequate. Great having so many shopping and dining options right downstairs. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend to fellow Singaporeans!
