Perfect location for airport and the city centre. We could not be bothered with public transport so took a “Dede” and it was about 40 minutes. The hotel staff will do anything to help you.

Great communication and very helpful, it took me a long time to get through immigration at the airport, I did a lot of research but it was still not easy, the signage is poor and there are two different types of entry visas', signage at the airport does not make it clear which is which, Sophie waited a long time for me at the airport as I have booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel, she was very patient and super friendly, talked to me about living in China etc, very helpful, also made sure I had money for the shops by overcharging for the room to give me Yuan in exchange. Organised my trip back to the airport in the morning, no issues at all. No TV's in the room but not sure what use they would be anyway for an English speaker with no Chinese language skills :) just make sure you can entertain yourself. Shops immediately out the front of the hotel if you want to get a couple of beers or buy some food, literally across the very minor road. Fantastic as a layover between flights.

I had a really lovely time here.

I had a really lovely time here. It was easy to get around and a nice place to return to after a day out. The Spa was great. The only thing I would suggest is a shop with products i.e. toiletries, local crafts & gifts, clothes etc,.

From the warm welcome offered by most staff and the ample parking facilities, to the overall comfortable accommodations, I was quite satisfied with my stay. However, the somewhat distant attitude of a few front desk employees stood out. A consistent level of friendliness across all team members would truly elevate the entire experience.”

The ability of the receptionist to communicate to me in...

The ability of the receptionist to communicate to me in English was very professional. The Chef was very very friendly knowing that i was of African decent, he made me feel at home by taking me round and giving me insight of every single food served. All this was on the 31st December evening. He became my family on the night.

Was in the middle of everything on both sides of the busy road , shopping centres with a restaurants ,geat view over that part of the City a very busy road but no noise in the rooms, payed breakfast restaurant buffet. The weather was for me too cold , winter with cold winds

China is very underestimated.

China is very underestimated. Of course, by European standards, the country is sometimes quite extraordinary, but the people there are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was simply amazing. For that price, you wouldn't even get a doner kebab in Germany these days, but here you get three plates. Unfortunately, I was only there for one day for the transfer, but I'd gladly go back.
