Hukumeizi is like a fairytale :) perfect for doing absolutely nothing. Rooms are spacious and keep pleasant temperature, you can fall asleep with the sound of the river & jungle. Food is amazing (which is super important if you plan not to move from the property), one of the best we had in our lives. Make sure you book a minimum of 2 nights to fully experience it. We had 3 nights here, staying in one of the rooms with a jacuzzi on the patio. We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were fantastic, with walls of glass giving you a view of the forest, while also being situated for privacy. The bed was very comfortable. We used the jacuzzi a few times and really enjoyed it. The pool area was very nice and connected to the bar/restaurant. The food might have been the best part. Every meal was delicious, and there are lots of options to choose from. We hope to come back one day and highly recommend it.

Our stay was perfect. The location is a little oasis in the jungle with beautiful rooms and common areas. The hosts are a wonderful family that truly go above and beyond for their guests. The food was also excellent. 1000/10 stay I could not recommend this hotel more!!

I'm surprised at the lower rating or this magical place - it is a bit pricey but it's not just accomadation it's the entire experience of walking up and going to sleep in a forest and it's truly unique. Excelent food - had a best cake here in the entire trip and menu, great yoga (included in stay), very friendly staff -Andres in particular. Would love to come back
