Super awesome landlord. She is willing to go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. She has very good vibes and just wants you to make sure you are informed and happy. She has helped me out in many ways. If you want a cozy stay, close Bars, good food, a giant all around the corner, friendly people, then book this place. There is a laundry service. She is right next door to your unit. Good neighbors and honest energy. I have booked with her many times. She has several other properties. Ask about them. You won't be sorry. Hospitality like no where else on the globe, and I have been to a lot of different countries!!!!!!!!!!

Loved the location, the whole atmosphere. The staff was prompt and friendly. Everything you need in the hotel and the surrounding. Metro station is a block away, across the street are the clubs and bars. Money exchange 3 doors down and I lost count how many restaurants are around the premises. I rate this a 5 star hotel.

The rooftop view was breathtaking the hospitality of the front staff also the cleaning staff was just amazing. The stay was quite comfortable. Even though we did not speak Spanish, everyone was so helpful with translating. We would recommend the hotel highly. Breakfast was great daily.

The staff here are amazing! It’s super clean, everything is newly renovated. Very comfortable and great value for money. Free parking is definitely a big plus. I extended my stay more than once because I really liked it there!

    Staff is really rude, they just want your money and get you out of the way. Hostess are negligent with your booking they said the hotel don’t have to do anything with booking.com. You paid for a full price for a comfortable accommodation that you won’t get it. If you dare to asked why you are in such small room they will answer you what they gave you is enough and if you don’t like it you can go to a different hotel.

    Upon my arrival, from a long trip. They not allowed me to bring my friend to my room. Because the policy's change and didn't know about it. Also they didn't enforce the used of mask on the people who stay there and the have employee that they not used all the time another thing was. That I didn't could open my room and I have to wait one hour and a half to opened and I was need to use the bathroom. It was a bad experience that happens to me. The all crew wasn't working there anymore, I guest
