Everything was pretty good. I had a private room that was cleaned daily. After midnight is mostly not noisy I.e. hotel puts an effort to make it quiet. Food in the restaurant is ok. Rooftop is relatively big and pleasant. A lot of offered activities are good, some are a bit for super young crowds. Staff at the reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning workers are great. Location is suitable if you want to be in El Poblado.

The location was superb, in a really nice area of Poblado, very close to Provenza but also quiet! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean with a really comfy mattress.

The personal touch at arrival was a pleasant surprise. They know how to put a smile on your face after a long travel. Rooms are trendy, clean and have a great view to the tropical inner court. I was very satisfied with my stay. The neighborhood is safe for solo female traveller. Closeby is supermarket and restaurant. Hotel receptions are friendly and helpful. My room is spacious, clean, well-equipped. Breakfast is various.

Everything was beyond our expectations, very beautiful hotel, we appreciated the fact that it was a smart hotel, everything could be controlled from the phone, from the lightning to the AC, to opening the door. The staff was adorable and present, they clearly explained everything that we needed to know.

Breakfast had a good range of choices including fresh fruit. Eggs were made to order. Walked for 15 minutes to the Metro station to access transit. Walked to range of good restaurants. Staff assisted to organize taxi rides and additional assistance as needed.
