This is our 4th time in Costa Rica and this is the best hotel we ever stayed at. It is a beautiful, modern, spotless hotel walking distance to the beach. You can't beat the location. The pool is half-olympic size, amazing! The rooms are huge, with comfy beds. the bathroom is the biggest (and cleanest:) I have found in Costa Rica. The modern kitchen really helps when you dont feel like going out. We will definitely be back next year .

TABASCO is a pleasant Mexican-style oasis with friendly French hosts, uniquely located near the beach, restaurants, and bars. I was pleasantly surprised not only by the generous breakfast but also by the fact that they served freshly baked pastries made by their own hands. I also appreciated that they lent me beach chairs, provided beach towels, and even did quite a lot of my laundry. Other small details—like ice cubes in containers or insect repellent—only added to the thoughtful care the hosts showed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I especially liked that there were two sinks in the bathroom. I highly recommend it.

We just loved it! The rooms are so nice, new and clean. The staff is super friendly! Also the location is great, close to the beach and they have restaurant downstairs, with great food for great price (with vegan options, which we loved).

The owners are friendly and accommodating. They gave me great recommendations for places to visit. The property is gated and feels very safe, and provides a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the town. My room was very clean and comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, the shared kitchen had the equipment for making simple meals or reheating leftovers.

Perfect location: close to town and everything within walking distance (nice restaurants and beach max. 5 mjn walk), but in a more quiet corner. Perfect host: Johanna was super nice, helping us navigate around the town and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and activities, which were all equally good Good facilities: clean and nicely decorated rooms, good bathroom and swimming pool and chill area. Breakfast was really good too!
