We really loved this accomodation. Maria was very kind and helpful hostess. Location was great. They organized us a quided tour to visit waterfalls, it was extream but I suggest 100% to experiance it.

The house is very beautiful, large, there is a heated pool, there is a separate area with a long table that is suitable for a very large family. Everything is very clean, very pleasant. The family helps with everything you need, including laundry, extra blankets or towels. There are separate towels for the pool and there are bath towels. The family also helped us with recommendations for trips in the area and even called for us and inquired about places at the restaurant. Highly recommended.

The perfect place for a romantic stay in tge mountains. Cosy, comfortable, clean. Lovely decor and a well-equipped kitchen. The owner was giving all the essential instruction and was very well prepared to welcome us. You have the chalet to yourself, which is on top of a beautiful mountainside. We loved the tranquillity of the place, the garden, the hammock. Only downside: bring earplugs along for at night there are a few dogs around who like to bark themselves to sleep ;)

We had such a lovely experience at this place. The owner was exceptionally friendly, and the cleanliness really stood out to us. It truly felt like a genuine Tico spot. We would have loved to extend our stay for another night, but unfortunately, it was already fully booked. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay!

Peace and quiet in our own jungle room, particularly liked the "glamping" type feel of the lodges - construction from branches and a feeling of being with nature. Restaurant on site which we used for dinner and breakfast. A short walk in the hotel grounds to a river area for private bathing which felt like a tropical paradise!

We only stayed one night because we were en route but it was...

We only stayed one night because we were en route but it was such a lovely stay we would have stayed longer if we could. They have nature trails to walk, a lovely garden, we had a fire pit evening with the hosts, and we did a long walk down the road. If you were looking for a quiet spot off the beaten path, I would definitely recommend this. We saw a toucan fly by and the host showed us a poison dart frog, and gave us fresh vegetables from his garden. Gracious friendly host!!! The kitchen was well stocked and comfortable to work in. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was warm. Truly a great stay!
