The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was functional and really helped us with cooking. The location was great, just 5 minutes by car from the beach. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a really good time!

We love the location of the villa. Quite neighbourhood. We love the pool area with grill outside very good to cook with friends and family. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they answered when they needed them.

Great location! Nice apartment, spacious. Photos correspond to reality. Everything you need for a short stay. Large terrace, comfortable beds. Easy check-in, very accurate directions, easy to find and check in. Unfortunately, since we were in winter in rather cold weather and during the rainy season, the swimming pool was closed and we could not use it.

The apartment is new, very spacious, bright and very comfortable. It has got all necessary amenities for comfortable stay. Wi-fi is stable, water heating system is very effective, water pressure is great. If you are planning to stay in winter times I could say the whole apartment is warm enough due to high energy efficience of the new building. The host was very responsible, polite, helpful, he paid even more attention to us that we could imagine. The location is convenient and perfect: it's very quite and safe while having only 10 minutes walk to the city centre. That was the most pleasant experience of living in apartments we've had on Cyprus. The value for the apartment definitely worths it. Once we get to Cyprus one more time we will be happy to stay here again.

As entitled, this was a 100% Elegant apartment. It was spotlessly clean furnished with modern items. The bedding and towels were changed twice per week. There was everything we needed supplied, including cleaning/washer products, even some complementary items for us to use. There was a fabulous balcony with a view of beautiful trees - even a few little birds it was really nice and peaceful. Communication between the host Emanuella and myself was super easy and pleasant. Anything i wanted to ask, she responded promptly and politely. I did meet Emanuella and I am delighted to say she was extremely personable and friendly, a lovely lady. The facilities I can not fault there was nothing I had to ask for extra, it was all there. The photos of the apartment on booking.com are exactly as the apartment is. Therefore, I have none to add it was perfect! We had The Best Stay!

The host is very helpful and kind and provided all the necessary information. The apartment is on the first floor. It is very spacious and bright, clean and fully equipped. As Italians, we really appreciated the coffee machine. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well, and the TV had Netflix. The terrace was nice. Supermarket, shops and restaurants around the corner. Paralimni is a great option for getting away from the hustle and bustle of Agia Napa and its beaches while still enjoying the beautiful sea and entertainment. We recommend nearby Armyropigado Beach and the adjacent dog-friendly bay!

    It’s very clean, excellent supermarkets, easy to drive and park, lots of great shops, the people are friendly. Very easy to drive to Ayia Napa, protaras, and other nearby villages, everything is a 10-15 minute drive away. Can not recommend this villa and location more highly!!!

    Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle of Ayia Napa. Fairly quiet, but lots of excellent bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. They seem to be upgrading Kapparis, its looking quite good. A few of the "ex pat" bars are gone or been taken over by locals. These I have to say are a vast improvement. As a side note, I booked using booking.com, but was directed to "Stay". I was in contact with them a few times whilst there, I think they are based in Nicosia, they were excellent, easily contactable.

    People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least...

    People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least pedestrian-friendly city I have ever visited. NOBODY walks in Paralimni. NOBODY. The streets are designed to deter anyone from walking too: there are no tree-lined streets to provide shade from the sun, no benches and, worst of all, no commitment to PAVEMENTS. If you're not a driver in Paralimni, don't stay there longer than a week. Other than that, the food is amazing and the drinks in cafés are the best I've ever had.

    its the place if you want to hang out in ayia napa at nights or beaches but back to sleep at quieter area, plus close to other cities and beaches like protaras and 3 fig tree beach even to big super markets and on highway to laranaca.

    Close to the facilities of Ayia Nappa and Protaras, but much more peaceful. It has 3 beaches and lots of great restaurants. Enough for a couple with a baby to see and do without needing to go elsewhere, but if you want to, It’s a 10 min drive to Nappa and Protaras.

    The host waited for us to arrive and was so friendly and hospitable and had left a few snacks and drinks in the fridge. The villa was very clean which is the main thing as a family we look at first. The villa is very modern and perfect size for a family of 4 -6. The pool is a great size and the villa location is perfect!! There are restaurants 30 seconds away and beaches so close by!

    Paris the host was the most amazing person we've ever met travelling in different contries. Friendly,caring always on the top helping with all the issues. Villa well maintained so no issues raised and the small ones were solved next day. Highly recommend, as Paris makes you feel that you really on holidays.😊 Gentelman. Beaches 5min drive,few supermarkets 10min walk,quite nice area.

    The location is excellent just nestled between the main street oin Paralimni and the old town which is 5 mins walk away. There is a very large supermarket 2 mins away with everything you could need. The aprtment is very new and nicely furnished and the area was very pleasant to be in.

    Absolutely beautiful property! Incredibly clean and the pool was amazing! Perfect for a large family getaway. Perfect location as just a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. We will definitely book again as we visit Cyprus every summer to spend time with family.

    Oleg is a gentleman offering neat, clean, well positioned accommodation in the Paralimni area. Everything is new in his apartment and has all the facilities you need. Great for self catering and within a short walk all the tavernas and restaurants you need.
