Very kind and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. Tasty breakfast with plenty of gluten free options. Great location in city centre. Hotel parking available {but has limited amount of space and can be already booked out - I recommend to check with the hotel in advance). Parking machine on street accepts euro coins and cards (parking is paid during workweek) however at night it can be challenging to find free parking space on the square in front of the hotel.

Everything was perfect. We stayed with 3 year old child. I liked territory and parking. It was comfortable to sleep with baby. Bath was clean. Breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of options what to choose which is important when you stay with baby. Staff is cool, we came very late at night but we found a key and instructions so we entered a room without problems. I would give 11 points from 10 for this price.

Really nice walks around, hiking trails, forest, etc! Very beautiful and the trails are very clearly marked. I recommend the app mapy.cz to find the trails from the village. We were without a car which was a bit tricky because the bus from Decin is not easy to find, and when we hiked from there to other locations we had to order a taxi back which was pricey (but we walk very slowly, if you’re faster you can make it a round trip or hike back). But taking the bus from Janov back to Decin was very easy. If you’re vegetarian or vegan take in account that you’ll have to eat mostly potatoes and tomatoes all over the area. There is a small mini market in Janov. Also, most people in the whole area don’t speak English at all - only German and Czech! So you might want to have internet connection to use google translate.

From Genoa you can walk to almost every natural monument, viewpoint, etc. Genoa is located in the middle of the events of Bohemian Switzerland. It is worse in winter with restaurants and shops. Most are closed, the nearest shop is in Děčín.

Genoa is a picturesque town with a diverse landscape. There are several tourist spots in the vicinity, some with lookout towers. Every day of your stay, there is somewhere to go and a new destination to set for yourself. The local cuisine is full of refined taste, the food is really great here. I have not had any negative experiences during my stay.

The town is pretty and well-maintained, with well-kept houses and some gems nearby. It's a very good starting point for excursions, with a bus service available. There are several delicious restaurants, all close together, so you generally don't have to walk all over each other. It's a nice village.

A small, quiet mountain village with a picturesque setting. We visited in February, so it was off-season, and we couldn't find an open restaurant. Payments are made in cash in the area; credit cards are practically useless.

Nice, comfortable, quaint hotel, near located at all Hot Spots of the „bohemian Swiss“. Great selection at the breakfast buffet. We had small organization trouble regarding reservation with dog, but super well and discreetly solved from the manager. Thanks for that. 👍🏻👍🏻 When we we‘re near by, we would swing in again.

A very friendly and quiet hotel. It is certainly a bit outdated, but still comfortable and very clean. Dinner and breakfast are nothing fancy, but healthy and sufficient. The surprise of the stay was a performance by a local jazz pianist. Made for a nice evening!

The area is beautiful and the house is very easy to live in. We enjoyed the garden a lot and we found a lot to do around Janov (hiking, visits, swimming...). The host is very responsive and helpful.
