Excellent location, just about 100m from the main square. Very quiet surrounding! The host - Lada and Martin went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and their personal touch is visible inside and outside. What we enjoyed most was the beautiful little garden area with a nice gazebo and a fire place in the middle of the garden. Plenty of wood for a nice evening is available. Should have we cooked ourselves, there are plenty of herbs at the back of the garden. We arrived with our bikes and the loading station is conveniently located next to the entrance to the little house - there is only one apartment in the house so entrance area, garden, etc was all to ourself. The apartment is equipped with all necessities and the additional sofa beds would be very convenient for a family.

Beautiful place, beautiful surrounding nature, but also a place with limited infrastructure and services (only 3 restaurants open for dinner, the rest only cook until 15:30 - 16:00, card payment is also limited, so disappointing in this regard, but otherwise a beautiful place that I highly recommend.

Trips in the area, beautiful landscape of Czech Canada. Well marked trails, many options for trips. Slavonice in February was a ghost town, cafes closed. It was much better in Dačice, beautiful Dačice chateau, nice cafes and shops. Landštejn Castle was closed, as were the restaurants in the area, it is good to stock up on snacks and drinks. Beautiful trip to Grasel's cave and trail.

I consider the accommodation within Slavonice to be one of the better ones in this price range. You can see that the building is undergoing renovation, but everything worked great. Nice designer apartment, inconspicuous from the outside, but it exactly met our needs.

Slavonice is a beautiful place, which is definitely not...

Slavonice is a beautiful place, which is definitely not crowded with tourists. You can visit the historical underground, the city tower, the Lutheran chapel from the sixteenth century or just admire the Renaissance buildings on the square. In the vicinity there are beautiful walking and cycling routes through Czech Canada and many ponds.

Beautiful historic square, several cafes on the square. Excellent pastry shop with retro desserts and great coffee. Observation tower. Maříž ceramics. About a km from Slavonice is the village of Maříž with a ceramics workshop and shop.

I visited Slavonice outside the main tourist season, so some services, shops and restaurants were not operating normally, but only to a limited extent, but I kind of expected that, so I'm not rating it negatively. The place is beautiful, it has its own spirit. Beautiful architecture, monuments, ancient remains of the walls, Slavonic underground, for lovers of military history, a fortress complex...

I was extremely satisfied with the accommodation. Although the hotel has an older style, it truly considers your comfort and pays attention to detail. You can choose from three different pillows to find the one that suits your sleep best, the bar is absolutely fantastic and fully equipped, and the kitchenette in the room has everything you could possibly need. I can truly recommend it.

Besidka is orientated to untypical style. Building is old, rooms are old, equipment is not in perfect contition. But in here it seems to be on purpose. It is like experience accomodation. This hotel is for turists which are seaching for something unusual and have effort to appreciate unique, at the glance old fashioned style. Staff is excellent

Hotel is in the centre of the town well located. For bycicle there is a locked storage room. The breakfast was well equipped and for me important the coffee was also ok. For the price a really good choice.
