This is an exceptional place to stay - a large estate with a tree-lined drive, leading to a group of modern buildings surrounded by fenced areas with deer, rabbits, chickens, ponds, little woods & a couple of playgrounds. Everything is thought out, well designed, quality materials, clean & well organized. The staff are motivated & efficient. The onsite restaurant has a wonderful breakfast buffet, with a big choice. What I found remarkable is, although they are popular & busy, also with outside guests, the buffet area is kept clean & tidy. In the evening there's an equally wonderful dinner buffet. The restaurant has a separate area for families, built around a little castle with a slide. The Therme (superb) is a short drive away, and - insider tip - buy your tickets at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Aulendorf certainly has potential in terms of accommodation for future guests. The current selection feels very limited. For my next trips involving Aulendorf, I'll stay overnight in Bad Waldsee, for example, and then take the train to Aulendorf.

Good culinary options in and around Aulendorf (e.g., the town hall and the pizzeria in the Schlossapotheke pharmacy). Plenty of destinations for day trips are also within easy reach (Federsee lake), and Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen are a 15-20 minute train ride away. A quiet little town with many possibilities.

You have to take the trouble to look closely, then you will discover a whole range of interesting details (castle museum, church, architecture in the station district, park above the thermal baths) and there is a very good bakery and a well-stocked bookshop on the main street.

This charming little town can be explored on foot in just a few hours. The restaurants and the beautiful castle gardens invite you to relax and unwind. You can also enjoy leisurely walks in the surrounding area of Aulendorf. The thermal baths leave nothing to be desired. In our opinion, Aulendorf is therefore very well suited for a short break.

A charming small town on the way to the spa resort. The thermal hotel is a 5-minute walk from the center. The pizzeria on the main street is highly recommended. For relaxation and rejuvenation, the Schabentherme thermal baths are just the thing.

Aulendorf is a very beautiful town with excellent restaurants in several inns and hotels, as well as attractions both in the town itself and in the surrounding area. It's ideal for hiking and cycling holidays.

On late summer with sunny days, the place just glows with beauty. It is a very nice place to go hide and relax alone or with your family. If you are comming from abroad, you will meet a very helpful and nice staff. You will manage to get by with English alone, but some German words would be very helpful. If you arrive at the train station in Aulendorf, then a 10 minute walk would be enough to get to the hotel if you are not carrying to much luggage.

Hotel has a direct connection to the Spa/Therme : Bathrobe, towel and access key provided by the Hotel Reception. Possibility to buy L'Occitane beauty products. Restaurants in walking distance. Cleanliness of the hotel and the room. Decoration of the room is minimalist which creates a relaxing atmosphere. Good breakfast with plenty of choices.

Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom floor is heated for a plus of comfort. If you are a hotel guest than you get free entrance to the Therme which are amazing. Staff is helpful and kind and do their best to be expedient in dealing with guests.

My second stay here. Unfortunately I have not yet been able to try the water universe in the hotel but I like it there and the friendly gentleman in the reception is very helpful.
