6* out of 5. It's nothing luxurious, but in the segment of accommodation and service offerings in which the hotel is located, it's excellent accommodation. Pleasantly and decently furnished rooms, clean everywhere, excellent and very tasty cuisine ... and most importantly super staff. We were only there for one night, but I wouldn't be afraid to spend a long weekend there (3-4 nights). And considering how close the accommodation is to Sinsheim, this visit probably wasn't my last.

Our destination was not Ittlingen, we visited the Technik...

Our destination was not Ittlingen, we visited the Technik Museen Sinsheim, Speyer. We wanted to have dinner in a local restaurant, drink local beer. Unfortunately, nothing like that was open on Friday night, only an Italian restaurant, but that was right next to the hotel. It was a local beer, it tasted good.

Ittlingen is a small, beautiful village, but unfortunately a busy road runs through it! It's also a great place for walks! However, some parts of the surrounding area are rather neglected.

The proximity to Sinsheim is ideal for visiting the Sinsheim...

The proximity to Sinsheim is ideal for visiting the Sinsheim thermal baths and the Technical Museum. Eppingen, a lovely little town, is also nearby. We combined our return journey with a visit to Heidelberg, which is about 40 km away.
