Extremely nice and cozy place. Helpful personnel. Amazing spa and wellness installations included in the price - you could spend all day just relaxing if there wasn't Trier to visit! The view over the river is wonderful too.

The hotel very nice and quiet, their staff are well organized, kind and very supportive especially the Sudan team at the reception desk, in which they are ready to help at any time. Comfortable beds, daily cleaning and changing towels and toilet products.

Hotel really met all my expectations. I was quite satisfied with premises and every service it had to offer. Room and bathroom are very inteligently organized and decorated with a lot of taste. Location was excelent, and all the city atractions and transport points are in a walking distance. Staff very proffesional, polite and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

The room was large and comfortable. Super-friendly staff. The hotel is located close enough to the railway station and Porta Nigra, Arena is also within a walking distance. The breakfast is good value for money, given the variety and the quality, and also avoiding the need to look for a spot in the city.

There’s not a single store where you could buy essentials...

There’s not a single store where you could buy essentials like bread water food anything. There was a tobacco vending box somewhere which we didn’t use as we’re not smokers. The town is a ghost town and you would need to travel to nearby towns that have shops like waldrach or trier city.
