The apartments were exceptionally well equipped and immaculately clean. The location was wonderfully peaceful and just a short walk to the lake. The hosts were so helpful and we enjoyed the garden so much with our kids. We were without our own transport but the hosts were happy to provide a shuttle both to and from the accommodation from Fürstenberg. We enjoyed the breakfast at the weekend which provided a delicious array of goodies. The artistic surroundings at the property were a delight to be amongst. Absolutely delightful stay.

Lovely quiet holiday apartment right between the medieval church and one of the lakes in Lychen. The bathroom has seen better days, but overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Bedrana was a lovely and helpful host. The property was spotlessly clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed in the living room very easy to pull out and put away again. Lovely place to outside in the garden. Very quiet and peaceful location in glorious countryside and just a short trip to all the lakes and pretty towns. We had a perfect few days there!

Idyllically situated in the heart of the Uckermark region, picturesquely framed by lakes. However, it's less advisable for holidaymakers without a car: the regional bus schedule is quite infrequent. In particular, no buses run to Templin or Fürstenberg between 8 and approximately 11 a.m.

Everything was great.

Everything was great. Plenty of cafes and restaurants, lovely walking paths. A fantastic bakery. The butcher shop with its snack bar is very popular, offering daily changing lunch specials. Plenty of water, so all in all, superb. Lychen is well worth a visit!

Wonderful nature.

Wonderful nature. Suitable for travelers by boat, bicycle, or on foot. Alternative and traditional restaurants. Plenty of culture. Concerts and films in the old cinema. Concerts in St. John's Church. Atelier and gallery mia chammas, Busch handweaving workshop, rafting museum, mill restaurant, and much more. Excellent lunch at the Herold butcher shop in the market square, also vegetarian options available.

Lychen is a charming little town and a good starting point...

Lychen is a charming little town and a good starting point for hiking or cycling tours. There are three recommended restaurants in town: the "Strandcafé" with a beautiful view of the lake, the "Mühlenwirtschaft," and the "Gasthof am Stadttor."

Lychen is a small, cozy, but not sleepy town.

Lychen is a small, cozy, but not sleepy town. Many different leisure activities are easily accessible by bicycle, car, boat, ship, or even on foot. The raft festival, with its raft rides, dancing, entertainment, and a spectacular fireworks display right on the shores of Lake Oberphuhl, is highly recommended.

There are many different lakes, beautiful surroundings, and...

There are many different lakes, beautiful surroundings, and good excursion options, but the number of restaurants could be greater. The Seehotel Lindenhof and the Strandcafe are highly recommended. Both have a very beautiful location on the lake; the Lindenhof is excellent in every respect.
