Fantastic old building, with a history from 1382! I'm 200cm tall so I had to duck going into rooms, but it was well worth it. Good local food and wines in the comfy restaurant. Parking with possibility to charge the car just outside the city wall (200m away) Virtually no traffic around the hotel.

Outstanding comfort, beds very comfortable, stone & wooden walls - breathtaking! Charming bathroom with shower. Wide, dreamy window-boards. Nice view with river & some traffic (kind of right amount of vivid city feel). Right around the corner from the building lives spectacular history-tellings in various forms. Pellars, old buildings, statues, Cafés & pittoresk restaurants, arches, historic tunnels, slingering 500 year old streets that makes you humble. Therapy in it’s purest form 🤍

Breakfast was very good, especially the vegan spreads. The staff was super nice. We were traveling with our 6 month old baby and they prepared the babybed although we booked last minute. Very nice! Would recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is beautifully appointed. The staff were attentive, accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was superb and the house wine exceptional. The mini bar fridge was very reasonably priced which was a lovely surprise and so encouraged hotel guests to use it.

Wonderful converted corner house with modern twist and extension. The host, Lena was incredibly helpful, running round the village to find us somewhere to eat when most things are closed on Monday. Visited their family winery for wine tasting session of their produce - informative and tasty.

We were in room 'Zen', one of the theme rooms. It meant that the bed was low, Japanese style. Very nicely designed. Good bathroom, a large ceiling fan, and automatic shutters. Good breakfast. An ideal place for a stop-over, just a short distance from two highways.
