Location was pretty good if walking isn’t an issue. The unit was clean and pretty spacious for 2. It included a full kitchen, with appliances. The Mediterranean restaurant down the street was great! Also close to a grocery store. I didn’t have wifi access so was fortunate to meet a person passing by who called the host for me, who responded quickly.

The cultural park, the city wall, the observation tower, Lake Tollense, the water skiing facility – all worth seeing. The Greek restaurant and the freight depot – lovely restaurants. Getting around in Neubrandenburg is easy.

I thought it would be a prettier city with more historic buildings, but despite being completely walled (the most beautiful part of the city), the interior was all modern and rather unattractive. That said, we had dinner at an Asian restaurant, Mama's Food, in the main square, and it was fantastic. The restaurant alone would make it worth going back.

A beautiful route along the city wall and through the center, easily doable in a day. The restaurants are varied and open without lunchtime breaks. Choosing footwear suitable for the old town cobblestones is advisable.

The four gates are very attractive.

The four gates are very attractive. The city center can be explored quickly on foot. Lake Tollensesee with its boat rentals is great fun. The markets on Tuesdays and Thursdays are very interesting. Good and inexpensive meat, cheese, baked goods, vegetables, and fruit. All in all, a lovely town.

Worth seeing! The regional museum is very interesting.

Worth seeing! The regional museum is very interesting. Walk along the city wall/guardhouses, attend an organ concert or other musical event in the concert church. The cultural park at Lake Tollensesee is beautifully landscaped.

The hotel is pleasantly decorated with serene atmosphere. We arrived too early but got the room after a short wait. breakfast was good and the staff (one young woman!) was very welcoming and cooperative. The location is great - 5 minutes walk from the shores of the big lake and the beautiful park.

I liked actually everything: modern hotel, nearby (3 mins) from the Lake. Very nice breakfast. Room and facilities are modern, clean and comrortable. Staff is very polite and helpful: I receieved exceptionally clear instructions reg. entering the hotel out of staffed hours (later than 20.00).
