+ The building is very clean and modern, with lots of common spaces to work, read, relax, and there is even a fireplace. Sadly we had no time to try the spa. + I loved the design of the room, quality of the materials and every detail was thoughtful. + Very comfy bed. + We left the car at the parking lot and I was surprised how smooth it was to find the hotel and how close it is. + Excellent location, in the center. + They gave us vouchers to have a free drink at the cafeteria.

This hotel was the best of the best hotels where I had ever been! The staff was wonderful! The room was really big, there was everything that could be needed including the hotel power bank with an iPhone and C-type charging possibility. They have breakfast on the menu and you can order as much as you can eat - that was so delicious!!! I was surprised by how good could be the hotels :) Thank you for that amazing time when we stayed there!!!

Beautiful boutique-style hotel and each room with unique style and story. The staff was really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They helped me with my luggage and booked a restaurant. I received upgrade to my room and it was phenomenal big, clean, with a great view and a beautiful clawfoot tub in the room. The breakfast was excellent. The location was a perfect few minutes walk to the central train station and within the walls of old Nuremberg and the city center, all main attractions within walking distance. They give a welcome chocolate, so nice. I fell in love with Drei Raben Hotel. Staying here made my trip to Nurenberg very special.

This hotel is perfect. The cleanest, sweetest smelling hotel I’ve experienced. It’s cosy and modern with everything feeling absolutely brand new. The restaurant food was exquisite. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with many bio and gluten free foods available. The vibe is quiet and peaceful. My bed was extremely comfortable. The cotton sheets crisp and cosy. The staff were extremely helpful, smiley and friendly. Easy to park, directly outside of the hotel for free. I cannot fault this lovely hotel.

A Grimm Fairytale

Although known for the Nuremberg Trials, this Bavarian city has a stunning medieval core of cobbled streets and half-timbered buildings that wouldn’t look out of place in a fairytale. Sitting above this is the castle, one of the most important in the Holy Roman Empire. Take the steep walk up here for fantastic old town views.

Hauptmarkt square in the old town is home to an unusual-looking church and a Gothic fountain, spectacularly lit during the annual Nuremberg Christmas markets. Selling everything from wooden toys to lebkuchen (gingerbread), these are widely considered the best Christmas markets in Germany.

Other attractions in Nuremberg (Nürnberg in German) include the Germanisches Nationalmuseum, the country’s largest museum of culture and art. Another highlight is the Heilig-Geist-Spital, a medieval hospital by the Pegnitz River.

A word must also be said about its relationship with Nazism. On the south-east corner are the immense Nazi Rally Grounds and Party Congress Hall, built in appropriately domineering fashion. The excellent Documentation Centre here is a sensitive and unbiased portrayal of life under Hitler. It is also possible to visit the courtroom where the war trials were held.

A few places that I had visited Imperial Castle (Kaiserburg) and Old Town (Altstadt).Just walking the cobblestone streets is a pleasure half timbered houses, narrow alleys, bridges over the Pegnitz river it was amazing. I had enjoyed allot of the street food along the way I must say allot of Turkish food outlets :)

Nuremberg city center is unique, charming, and extremely walkable, with dozens of restaurants and shops of all types. There are lots of sights to see even in the off season, including several beautiful churches. Of course the parade grounds (outside of city center) are the main historical site, but the German National Museum (inside city center) is extensive and very well presented, and there are other museums as well.

A fascinating city full of historic sites and so much to see and experience. The Nuremberg Trials courtroom museum and castle were very interesting and worth the time, and the tunnels/bunker tour was a wonderfully informative and entertaining hour. A great city for a 2/3 night break. Only shame was the parade ground museum was being renovated so this was a smaller feature. Would be happy to go back when finished

Beautiful city with picturesque photo opportunities and rich history. The old town was a stand out and very easy to walk around. The Nurnberg rail museum was excellent and well worth a visit. We found the people very friendly and the public transport was easy to navigate. Loads of German delicacies to munch on & of course good German beer to wash it down.

Nurnberg is a historic town with its castle dominating and overlooking the entire town, the castle walls are also impressive and run around the whole town. There is much to see here from older historical periods , with the highlights being the castle, the artist Albrecht Durer, his museum and generally his larger than life figure looming over the town, however there are also historical places from the not so far past worth visiting, especially the trials museum. The squares and churches are all great to walk around as well and when you're tired from sightseeing you can get some bratwurstl and red beer.

Center of Nuremberg was almost leveled in WW2. The postwar reconstruction of buildings mostly created replacement buildings in a bland style, though the street layout remained. The churches were very well restored. I liked nearby Bamberg better on a day trip from Nuremberg. (45 minutes by Regional Bahn train.)

Excellent modern efficient hotel, near the main train station and to city centre. Professional kind staff at the reception, we've been welcomed by a Moldave young lady who spoke a perfect Italian and allowed us an earlier check-in, as hommage to my birthday. Excellent comf and quiet room. Great buffet-breakfast with large choice. We'll come back again, also because Nürnberg is such a beautiful cultural city, with easy-going welcoming people.

The location was a short walk from main train station and hotel located right in the old town. Easy access to everything you’ll need and want to see. The family room was our favourite in Germany so far. It was sparkling clean and spacious. The breakfast was great, lots of options and make sure you ask for cooked eggs and bacon. We didn’t know this was an option the first morning.

The breakfast is as good as being described on the website. Never seen this choice of food anywhere else. Location of Burgschmied Hotel is just on the the edge with the Old Town of Nurnberg, so you can visit most things by foot. For other parts of Nurnberg the Tram line is on the corner. We would choose this Hotel again.
