The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly - there was a slight mix-up with our room (were a given a double after booking a twin) but this was resolved quickly and efficiently. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - the food and drink were excellent, and the staff dealt with our pathetic attempts to speak German with grace and humour.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location! The staff was really friendly with us. We had a very tough day after a car accident and this place definitely made our night! The room was amazing, spacious and very cosy. We got an upgrade to the one with the bathtub in the room, it was just the perfect night for such a hard day! Receptionist and waiter were very kind. The breakfast was very varied and full of options. The only bad thing is that we got too late and the spa was closed, will have to come back to try it next time!
