Great place for bikers - plenty of safe secure parking - ideal for Black Forest and surroundings. Staff are incredibly helpful and make sure you're well watered and fed. Great restaurant on site with hearty meals. Defo coming back!!!

The location is perfect for excursion. There is a rather good restaurant just 300 m. Shopping in 5 km distance. The host family is very kind and friendly. The apartment is well equipped. Modern appliances. Comfortable for 4-5 persons (we were 4). I only can recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a week or more in the Black Forrest in a quiet, good place.

The people were amazing, very kind and service oriented! When we arrived on the first day the kitchen was already closed, but they still made us dinner, which was greatly appreciated. They also remembered our breakfast drinks. It’s little things like this that make you want to come back. Beds were also comfortable, everything was clean. Food was very good, we chose to have dinner in the hotel every night. Good vegetarian options. Very good value for price.

Urach is a small village with 10-15 houses.

Urach is a small village with 10-15 houses. A very quiet and friendly place - a good start to explore Black Forest. All what you are interested is in very close distance - by car, I mean - waterfall, accordion exhibition, famous towns like Freiburg or even Colmar (France) is in 1-2 hours drive. A very good choice if you like quiet places... We got a coupon with what a small discount was available in museums and other places. The local restaurant is good enough, prices from 8-20 euro, every Friday grill party for 20,5 (all you can eat), the bear is cold and fine. Enjoy!

Nice little town. Great location in the Black Forest.

Nice little town. Great location in the Black Forest. The scenery was amazing. With GPS we had no problem finding any location. We ate mostly at our hotel which had a nice breakfast included in the price of our stay, and a good dinner menu. There were several options in town, but some were closed during our visit. The hotel provided a card that got you all kinds of free entrances to things of interest. I wish we had been there longer so we could have used more than a few.

We received a wonderful welcome from our host, who was both discreet and very attentive. The accommodation was perfect for a relaxing stay. The Tiny House Winterberghof is tastefully furnished, comfortable, and the space is optimized. There's a terrace with a parasol to enjoy the view over the valley.

The inn is located just outside Vöhrenbach, right next to a forest, making it easy to take your dog for long or short walks. You can fully enjoy the peace and quiet of nature here. The town is just a 5-minute drive away, and the surrounding villages and hiking trails are also easily accessible by car.

A small village with a supermarket and two gas stations. That's perfectly sufficient; it's a lovely place for hiking and extremely peaceful for walks. It's very rural, but the roads are in poor condition.

Inge is a lovely, good humoured and affable host. The hotel is utterly charming. We were very comfortable and relaxed here. The room was spacious, clean and delightfully homely. Bed was very comfortable. We had a glorious balcony where we could smoke. Breakfast every morning was delicious and filling. The surrounding area is absolutely glorious... perfect motorcycling countryside. Flora and fauna all splendid. I'd absolutely stay here again.

The staff were wonderful! My motorbike had broken down and they were very supportive, helpful and flexible with me in my pursuit of getting home. Also gave me tips on what to do to fill my time when staying in Vöhrenbach and waiting for information on my bike.

Quite big hotel with many rooms available. You can drive and park your car there. Next to the hotel there are supermarkets. The hotel has a restaurant and you can eat there. Sometimes it is quite full. Room was still quite big, clean and comfortable.

This is a super historical hotel (dating more than 500 years ago), and it was renewed in 2019 so it has everything in good state, clean. Breakfast was also great, and coffee was amazing. 100% recommended
