Lovely quiet gasthaus in a peaceful village near The Rhine., with a nice seating area in their winter garden.Excellent breakfast. I was cycling from The Alps to the North Sea and damaged my bike. The owners could not have been more helpful, a spouse taking me and my bike by van to a Fahrrad Station 10 miles away, where the mechanics got me back on the road.

Nice quiet place with great service and comfortable rooms. From now on it will be on my favourites list. I will be happy to come back here. Update: i had not enough time to write more so doing it right now: Room: small 2 person room but very comfortable with nice large bed and well equipped bathroom. Food: i had a chance to stay for breakfast only but I think it was enough to have some opinion about it. Well, food quality is awesome: everything is really tasty, fresh and well served. Comparing to 4 star hotel in Amsterdam I think cook and staff in Hotel Haus Duden should receive 6 stars just for food. Parking spaces: plenty, considering size of this hotel. Placement: Nice quiet area, all surrounded by trees and silence. Really place I would like to come back for rest and charge up again. Hotel offer bike rent, massage and has plenty of space to organize trainings, conferences , etc. Everything at countryside, far away from city noise with comfort and kindness of staff. Can you imagine more comfort ? Hotel was introduced as a 4 star but I think it deserve 6. Seriously. I really felt there as a special guest, like everybody else, I think.
