Magnificent apartments in a quiet location surrounded by nature, where civilization ends. A wonderful place for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of city life and work. Here you can completely relax, unwind, and recharge your batteries. You will be greeted by friendly and hospitable hosts who will make sure your stay is pleasant and as authentic as possible. In this house, everything has been thought out to the smallest detail, every detail is beautiful, and everything has been done with love for real life. There is a very large, tastefully furnished living room with many areas and pleasing details, a fully equipped spacious kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and an entrance hall. Very comfortable large beds. I would like to especially mention the magnificent linen bedding and linen waffle towels! Everything is natural and very authentic, as if we were transported back 100 years... when people processed flax themselves and wove cloth from it. I haven't seen such beauty in a long time! It was incredibly pleasant to use these luxurious things. The apartments are very clean, beautiful, spacious, and cozy. Here you will feel like you are in the real countryside: with morning dew on the grass, ringing silence, and the rising sun. In a house where every detail delights you and brings you back to your roots. Where linen rustles and homemade liqueur awaits on the table. In a house where you are welcomed, loved, and thought of.

We were pleasantly surprised. A town that basically offers everything, such as a harbor, a shopping street, several supermarkets, restaurants, some history, and overall leaves a clean impression.

We think the town is cozy, but Røsnæs itself with its hilly...

We think the town is cozy, but Røsnæs itself with its hilly terrain is so beautiful, so a trip to the lighthouse and a vineyard experience are a must. The church with the four towers and the small cozy old houses are also worth a visit. The Mexican restaurant in the pedestrian street offers delicious steaks.

We have stayed here several times and always return with pleasure because everything works and the location is perfect. Lovely courtyard with coziness and friendly staff. A lovely place to return to.

I was very impressed by the harbor area.

I was very impressed by the harbor area. The Five-Towered Church of Our Lady, the pedestrian street and the old town with the many well-maintained half-timbered houses. As well as the many exciting shops and restaurants in the city.

Very friendly people. We could park our bicycles safely in the locked bicycle shed behind the building. Very clean room and bathroom. Very nice guest kitchen with all you need for cooking a nice meal. It’s in walking distance of the historic center of Kalundborg.

The location of the hostel is very good for walking in to Kalundborg plus it is away from a busy road - so quiet in so far as road noise. The interior is very Danish - lots of wood and communal areas are stylish. Good areas to sit and read/work.
