Staff-they were excellent. Usama was so helpfull. Always smiling and willing to help. He recomended beautiful trips to Giza, Saqqara and Cairo. We spend 2 full days with guide Mohamed. He was amazing, provided a lot of relevant information, took us to good restaurants.

Mr. Abdul at the reception was exceptionally helpful. The room he gave us was quiet, as we had asked for, with very good bed, great shower, and spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, in a short walking distance from the Egyptian Museum. The bar at the ground floor is great and so is the breakfast, the a la carte restaurant and the buffet restaurant. Special thanks also to our waitresses Mariam at the a la carte restaurant, and all the other staff who without exception made our stay very pleasant.

La Pacha Boutique Hotel is amazing! The room was exceptionally clean, and the view from our room was magnificent, a direct, unobstructed view of the pyramids. This hotel is brand new and everything looks stunning and well-maintained. he rooftop cafe is absolutely beautiful! The staff there were incredibly friendly and approachable, and the view... MashaAllah, it took our breath away. Special thanks to Mr. Nour at the reception, who was so helpful from the moment we arrived until check-out. We also used the hotel’s carriage tour service to the pyramids, which cost only $25 for three people is very reasonable. The carriage driver, Mr. Ibrahim, was not just a driver but a fantastic and knowledgeable tour guide. In conclusion: Everything about this hotel was simply PERFECT.

Perfect traditional breakfast is offered daily. A great difference comparing with other hotels is in the following point: The personnel, with their kind behaviour and smile, manage to connect with people, adding in the travel to Cairo the specific experience of not just perfect hospitality and care, but also friendship. In other words, even you have come alone, you return home with the feeling that you have left some friends behind, whom you will visit again for sure, at the first opportunity. Thank you everybody! I had the privilege of staying at Longchamps for a total of five nights and left it with the best impressions and memories. The hotel is situated centrally and yet offers peace and quietness. It was comforting to retreat there after a day on the noisy and stressful streets of Cairo. The rooms are spacious, newly refurbished and decorated tastefully as is indeed the hotel overall. I wish to emphasize the particular cleanliness of the rooms and of its several premises. I very much appreciated and enjoyed the veranda of the hotel both in the morning, when breakfast is served there, and during the evenings as it’s the perfect spot to relax. As regards breakfast, I tried the oriental breakfast on the first morning of my stay and got stuck with it. It is not only delicious, but also very nutritious; in fact, we skipped lunch every day during our stay in Cairo. Abdulrahman introduced me to various sorts of Egyptian cheese and to other domestic delicacies and conversing with him was interesting and pleasant. Overall, the personnel is possibly the real highlight of Longchamps! Everyone, in all positions, are very polite, friendly and helpful. I would like to thank them all very much for making our stay at the hotel such a remarkably beautiful experience!
