Amazing, unbeatable view from the window - i kept the curtains open during night and was falling asleep and waking up with the view of pyramid Good size room and as for Egyptian standards very clean Stylish ancient Egyptian decorations both inside the room and outside Breakfast included with delivery to the room within 3 minutes from the time of message (on the picture my breakfast is already half consumed :) ) Nice host always ready to help and sort out things (and its immediately), just messaged how to order food and within minutes it was there, same with hair dryer, even helped me to go to the airport Good location, in the city with lots of shops, very close to Carrefour and bakery with fixed price, still close to pyramids but without all the crazy harassing peoples Despite of above - location in the city close to shops- room was quiet day and night, no waking up muezzin :)

Top No.1! I don't regret not even a second the choice made for this trip! Besides the upgrade we received to an executive suite, modern, clean and very spacious, I would like to mention here the way the people at Locanda made us feel. Everyone treated us wonderfully, very attentive and responsive to our needs! They make you feel important to them from the moment they pick you up from the airport (service is optional and chargeable) until you arrive at the hotel. Every day they were attentive to our needs and did their best of welcoming hosts! I wholeheartedly recommend the Locanda tours, they can be customized and Abbas (Tour guide) together with Mr. Naser (the driver) can offer you some unforgettable experiences! But all this was possible with the help of Mr. Tamer Elkomaty! Overall, you rock, Locanda!!

The location of the hostel was perfect!

The location of the hostel was perfect! Best rooftop in the city! I loved sitting watching the activity at the pyramids. The staff was wonderful too. Giza is a busy place with animals all around which I loved, but not the piles of garbage which I didn't like. People were nice and not as pushy as I was warned. I'd go back there.

The best thing about Giza are the pyramids.

The best thing about Giza are the pyramids. However it gets very hot there, I would recommend appropriate clothing with comfortable foot wear, water, and a guide to show you around as the whole place can feel like a maze at times in the scorching hot weather. I loved the Great Sphinx especially during Sunset, the view was stunning.

It was an excellent experience.

It was an excellent experience. I was impressed how they brought me medicine that I needed as well as sun glasses that I needed to protect my eyes from the sun because I had an eye surgery. They ordered food for me, they put the heating on because I struggled to see. They organised a piramids trip for me as well. I was very impressed with their hospitality. They were very respectful and caring. I had an excellent experience! They have definitely exceeded my expectations.
