Best RECEPTION and CONCIERGE team: taking care of every guest needs; Great HOUSEKEEPING Service: room was so clean that you can eat on the floor, always clean towels and beautiful flower compositions on our bed; Amazing ANIMATION Team: Bibo and Hamsa you are the best! We had so much fun that since we are back home we dance every night with your move:Yallah Yallah!; GYM attendant: Mr. Mohamed is the best physioterapist ever. He helped us a lot for our back problems and teach us good exercises; POOL guardian: Ayman was taking care of us every day and always with a smile; RESTAURANTS: ALL your team is amazing, very professional, always making sure that nothing is missing from our table, also CHEFS who serves the food explained always what they were serving; Our favourite restaurant is MASHAWI Restaurant: we would like to mention an amazing service from Abu Gabel, Ebd Al Ram, Hamad, Hasan, Osman and all BAR Team and Ahmed Gaber Anicar. Every day we take our Espresso at the LOBBY BAR and we dont order cause Hamir already knows it and he bring it to us also very good service from Abd Alla BREAKFAST at the Sultan Buffet Restaurant usually served by Ahmed a very helpful and professional guy. The woman of the bread: I wish I was able like you to do my bread A very big thank you to Mr. Yasser working @pier and pool, we speak so much with him, he knows everything about turtles and dolphins 2 MAINTENANCE guys doing a job with some tubes in front of the yoga room by the beach and they spend only 15 minutes, did the job perfectly and always with a smile; GARDENERS taking amazing care of your beautiful plants PAINTERS fast and professional; Please excuse us if we forgot to mention someone really ALL the staff is amazing. Amazing NEW hotel with friendly and super helpful stuff, high food quality, comfortable big rooms, adorable beach and sea, i recommend it to everyone! # Food: • The main restaurant offers good food, but during my two-week stay, I felt that it lacked variety. • Breakfast (7:00–10:00): There were always two types of salmon, fresh juices, smoothies, omelets, poached eggs, pancakes, waffles, strawberries, and plenty of fruits. • Lunch (12:30–14:30): Always a choice of meat or fish. The pasta with garlic, shrimp, and cream in the main restaurant is highly recommended. • Splash Bar (12:30–16:30): Great pizza, crispy chicken schnitzel, and fresh salads. • Bay View (12:30–16:00): Highly recommend the salmon sandwich and cheesecake. • Dinner (18:30–21:00): Tasty dishes in the main restaurant and both à la cartes. • Tao à la carte: Delicious soups and sushi. • Bay View à la carte: Highly recommend the baked salmon. • Also, great beachfront restaurants at Jaz Riviera and Iberotel. # Staff • Mr. Mohammed Khaled is a heart of this place. Special thanks to him – a highly professional manager who solved my issue within 10 minutes. • Thanks to Abdullah (reception) for the warm welcome and farewell gifts. • Excellent staff: • Alaa (Bay View): Attentive waiter. • Mahmoud Khali (main restaurant): Friendly and polite. • Mahmoud (lobby bar): Quick service, remembers your drink preferences. • Isabelle and Amélie (animation team): they both are friendly and amazing. # Territory • Green, well-maintained, with multiple pools and a large jacuzzi, plenty of sun loungers. • Nice evening walks between Jaz Riviera and Iberotel, but a nearby construction site makes it less pleasant. • On-site: pharmacy, mini-market, souvenirs, ATM (withdrawal fee: $4). • Diving center on the beach. # Rooms • Spacious, modern rooms with soft linens and comfortable pillows. • Glass bottled water, kettle, tea, coffee, paid minibar, iron available on request.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. If there was something we were not happy about the managers were able to sort it out straight away. + Beautiful place and a lot of green and blooming plants. You can see that there are very professional gardeners + A several swimming pools + A choice of food + Animations and discos every night + A very welcome and helpful staff + The managers always available and immediately sort out everything you need

The price was awesome. Clean, and comfortable. Not disappointed. Heard negative reviews but once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised and had zero issues. If you are a budget traveller this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.

We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a room with wonderful sea & lagoon view. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage, large TV and a super balcony. Ours had a view over the amazing private beach that surrounds the Palace hotel, over the entrance to the lagoon and all the ship entering and the desert on the other side. Unforgettable panorama at dawn (05.30h in April) and technicolor sunsets :-). Totally quiet at night. Super attentive room service; waterbottles and fruit. - The garden with the numerous large palm trees, its large lawns and its sea of flowers is meticulously kept. Fresh towels are provided daily for the pool and the beach. The very long pontoon offers fantastic views for everybody. Snorkeling is possible from there or on a large portion of the beach. Colourful fish everywhere. Highly recommended scuba diving center is right near the Palace Pickalbatros with lessons and excursions. - We loved the food, especially the egyptian and the indian dishes. We started our days with omelettes, pancakes freshly made for breakfast, incredible goyavas fresh and pressed. -The entrance to the Palace Pickalbatros hotel is truly majestic, as is the large lobby and the bar with its terrace overlooking the artificial lagoon of the neighboring hotel . - All staff in the amazing Palace Pickalbatros hotel are very well trained and respectful. They work really hard to make guests feel at home and pampered. A big thanks and congratulations to the manager, Mr Mina for the amazing job.

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh...

It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
