We would like to thank the management for choosing such special people, you are very lucky to have a great team and please read this message to everyone because they deserve it. Best RECEPTION and CONCIERGE team: taking care of every guest needs; Great HOUSEKEEPING Service: room was so clean that you can eat on the floor, always clean towels and beautiful flower compositions on our bed; Amazing ANIMATION Team: Bibo and Hamsa you are the best! We had so much fun that since we are back home we dance every night with your move:Yallah Yallah!; GYM attendant: Mr. Mohamed is the best physioterapist ever. He helped us a lot for our back problems and teach us good exercises; POOL guardian: Ayman was taking care of us every day and always with a smile; RESTAURANTS: ALL your team is amazing, very professional, always making sure that nothing is missing from our table, also CHEFS who serves the food explained always what they were serving; Our favourite restaurant is MASHAWI Restaurant: we would like to mention an amazing service from Abu Gabel, Ebd Al Ram, Hamad, Hasan, Osman and all BAR Team and Ahmed Gaber Anicar. Every day we take our Espresso at the LOBBY BAR and we dont order cause Hamir already knows it and he bring it to us also very good service from Abd Alla BREAKFAST at the Sultan Buffet Restaurant usually served by Ahmed a very helpful and professional guy. The woman of the bread: I wish I was able like you to do my bread A very big thank you to Mr. Yasser working @pier and pool, we speak so much with him, he knows everything about turtles and dolphins 2 MAINTENANCE guys doing a job with some tubes in front of the yoga room by the beach and they spend only 15 minutes, did the job perfectly and always with a smile; GARDENERS taking amazing care of your beautiful plants PAINTERS fast and professional; Please excuse us if we forgot to mention someone really ALL the staff is amazing. Food was really tasty and the taste was really close to europe cuisine. The whole concept is really beautiful and well organized. Mr. Hamid front office employee was available for us 24/7 with really kind and proffesional approach. There was also Slovenian speaking Ms. Laura, she was amazing, helpful and available for us 24/7. I was In more than 100 hotels already and Casa Mare Resort is one of those hotels which I would definitely recommend.

The resort is really beautiful and the staff is incredibly welcoming. The water slides are great and there is an option for all ages. I’ve got 2 kids of 2 and 4years old. Fantastic! Will be back again!

It was very clean and beautiful. The room I had was great with a nice balcony overlooking the boardwalk. The bed was very comfortable too. At breakfast there was an omelette station and I really, really like that.

Very satisfied with this hotel. A few minutes away they have a beach with a beautiful coral reef. Very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. They have bikes for rent which is great for exploring the surrounding beaches. They organize transport to the airports. There is a market next to the hotel. The location is excellent for an evening walk around the city. Very good price.

A vacation that we will remember with enthusiasm. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, clean. Everywhere helpful staff. Excellent food. The beach a few steps from the room. "Room boy" Mohamed very helpful and kind, every day he prepared for us an animal made of towels during cleaning. Waiters on the beach and in the restaurant (we communicated the most with Amed and Ibrahim) fantastic, we were sorry to say goodbye. On the beach several lifeguards, the hotel has its own clinic, we felt safe and were in magical comfort. We will definitely come back here.

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
