I reserved a junior suite. I must say it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The attention to details is impeccable. I travelled to more than 20 countries for the past few years & stayed many different accommodation. This might be the only time that I would come back just to stay this hotel. It was that memorable ❤️ The staffs are very professional & consistently kind. I loved everything about the hotel.

All the staff was very nice. I did not expect the reception to be staffed 24h. Rooms are clean, comfy and functional. Wifi good and fast. The water pressure is very good, so one can take a proper shower. Lovely breakfast in a coffee shop 30m away on a square with in- and outdoor seating.

The location was fantastic, being only a 2 minute walk away from the city square and basically a 15 minute walk from all the main attractions and restaurants in Valencia. We were pleasantly surprised at how classy the lobby was upon arrival, which was filled with artistic pieces and even a florist shop! The reception staff were extremely friendly and a great help, as they offered us a room upgrade and helped us get reservations at local restaurants. Moreover, the breakfast was located on the rooftop and the view was amazing. It was one of the rare hotels we've been in in Europe that offered buffet breakfasts, with a live eggs station and a coffee bar with a barista. In general, it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in in Spain and couldn't recommend it more.

difficult to access of main road. no air conditioning in room since it was turned off in entire building, it's November we were told that is what is done. it was hot in the room (25C+) even with window fully open (not safe for children) we left the window open during the night but it was storming, rain and thunder so had to close it. we asked for a fan which we got, but made no difference. had expected better from Ibis.

Hotel situated next to Bonaire shopping centre, perfect for our Christmas shopping visit. Great variety of shops with several sensibly priced restaurants at the shopping centre. Access to the hotel and shopping centre directly from the A3 with plenty of free parking on site.

The IBIS is located near the highway and the airport. It is adjacent to a large shopping centre with lots of food outlets. We walk there of dinner the first night and ate at the hotel the second. The range at the Shopping centre make that the better option. That said breakfast at the hotel was great and good value for money for what we wanted. It was great base to visit the city and the MotoGP race track. Would stay here again if opportunity arose. Place also had a great free carpark.

Very good value for money. Well located next to the expressway and very close to the airport. There is a huge mall within short walking distance. Hotel is good for a couple of nights stay if arriving late from the airport or leaving on an early flight. Very helpful and kind reception and breakfast staff. Breakfast is ok -lots of variety given that it's complimentary.
