We had an awesome room with a private balcony (as booked ) right on the sea front. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice including many freshly cooked items on the menu together with lots of healthy options. The restaurant had a large balcony very close to the sea with superb views where you could have breakfast. Dinner - the food was so delicious. There was a huge range of dishes. The staff were so lovely, helpful and very professional.

The hotel was bright fresh and in an excellent location. Everywhere was clean and felt new (not sure how old it is!) your room key card offers discounts at some local bars on drinks. There is a lovely spa at the hotel which we also used for massages. There is a gym too. Playa 1 is on the same site as Playa 2 with the pool in between. The restaurant is below playa 2. The spa and gym at the bottom of Playa 1 and there is a walkway/hallway between. There is a bar at the pool and another bar inside which has seating outside facing out from the back of the hotel. All staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and has a short walk to the beach and bars and entertainment venues on the street outside. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel.

    beBenidorm has something for everyone. The beaches are stunning golden sand and beautiful sea. The nightlife is brilliant if you love music you can see live musical acts nightly. Download the seriously Benidorm web site will give you the location of the acts so you can plan your nights, and it is all free! The food is also very varied to suit everyone taste and budget. Best of all its easy to navigate the area and its comfortable to walk around safely at anytime day or night. The town and beaches are beautiful and clean.

    Benidorm is a bustling, beautiful place to visit - you will not be disappointed x The Old town is stunning, with shops, restaurants and cafes everywhere. bars on the sea front with big screens for football fans. VERY clean and tidy. Flat so no hills to climb. The new town is more for the drinkers/clubbers which is a fun place too. Beach is flats and clean. The sea is clear. Lots of trips to do in and around Benidorm

    We stayed in Benidorm old town which we have visited a few times before. We like the quieter pace, the shops, the bars and the general feel of the place. The town has just about everything really. We found several restaurants and were very impressed.

    Great buzz about benidorm.

    Great buzz about benidorm. Our first trip and we were not disappointed. Was very impressed with how clean it was too. Multiple shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. Recommend Refuel for a drink..irish girl is great. Ray's for fish and chips. The people were queuing out the door to get in.

    What I liked most was the choice.

    What I liked most was the choice. High end and lower end accommodation , food and entertainment. Really liked the beach for sunbathing, walking along and local bar access. Enjoyed walking around the old town. The people were very friendly and welcoming. The old town and the more modern parts of the town were really well integrated. Loved wandering around the old town on foot. Had great food at The Lion on Ibiza Street. Best tribute act was Meatloaf. Followed by The Greatest Showman tribute. All the bars/tributes and eating places I visited were of a good standard. I think the resort caters well for a broad range of age groups and families. Was OK for the solo traveller. Weather was consistently great. There was a good and varied availability services to and from the airport. The transfer time , 45 minutes was great.

    Very modern and very clean hotel, the Reception staff were excellent, simple check in, the room was spacious and had a large balcony overlooking the pool, large bed very comfy, Breakfast was Fantastic plenty of choice to suit everyone. The Hotel is in a Excellent location near the Old town, for restaurants, bars and shops, 10 mins walk to the beach. The Rooftop Bar and Pool had Spectacular views across Benidorm, we have booked to return to the Hotel in January

    A great location, a beach 100 yards either way and right on the edge of the old town. The room was much bigger than I expected it would be. The breakfast at 5 Euros was exceptional. I was in Benidorm to watch a cycle race but the hotel made it a very enjoyable trip. I would certainly consider staying again. Highly recommended.
