We loved everything about this place. It was a true oasis and respite. Stunning building, truly wonderful team, gorgeous vibe, delicious and generous breakfast spread and all done with charm and attention to detail. Utterly delightful!

We stayed for one night only on our way from Saint-Tropez to Annecy, and the place was wonderful. I don't know if it was because of a very last-minute booking, but the price was beyond excellent for us. Literally half the price of any of the other six hotels/apartments during our two-week roadtrip. The hotel seems new, and all surfaces and furniture seem sleek and high-quality. Parking was very available, easy and gated. Staff at check-in were fabulous – just so nice and accommodating! The public patio area next to the restaurant was a great hangout as well. We didn't have time to try the restaurant or spa.

A lake with a park and children's play area. Beautiful hikes to enjoy, with numerous waterfalls to visit. Plenty of cultural and tourist activities. The surrounding area is also magnificent, with mountains still snow-capped at this time of year. A complete change of scenery.

A quiet little spa town with mini-golf nearby, perfect for a drink or lunch, and a pétanque court. The "La Crêperie" crêperie is very good, but the casino is closed on Mondays! There's a very friendly newsagent and a lovely park nearby in Tréviers.

No staff at the hotel in the morning, so no breakfast even though we had booked and paid for it. The hotel is outdated and has an unguarded parking lot! Avoid it.

The welcome was deplorable.

The welcome was deplorable. I arrived after the hotel had closed; not having the access code, I had to argue at length with the manager before she allowed me to enter the establishment.

Good value, basic, stop-over hotel (we were travelling from Italy via Mont Blanc Tunnel). Everything worked fine and owners were friendly and welcoming. There is big supermarket (Super-U) close by and a fabulous boulangerie (La Paniere) within walking distance. Breakfast was good.

The reception team was great. Breakfast was superb with the best fresh bread ever. We stayed on a Monday night, so most of the local eateries were closed. However, we came across Le Local. Pricey, but outstanding food, 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Lovely setting - peaceful and quiet. Receptionist gave us information regarding local places to eat for supper as we were not looking for a 3 course meal at the hotel after a long day travelling. Superb information and a pleasant member of staff.
