Our room was very clean with a large (1.8 metre) wide bed. The owner were very friendly giving us good advice on where to go and where to eat. Breakfast was also delicous with various self-made products. There are also two lovely cats living in the house. The house has a secured parking space. During high season it's better to make a reservation. As we visited in low season this wasn't an issue.

Close to the Normandy beaches, which was the reason for our visit to see the Standing with Giants silhouettes. Easy access to supermarket + as we had 2 dogs, there was an English speaking vet nearby to complete the formalities for return to UK.

If you are a history buff, Courseulles is a great location...

If you are a history buff, Courseulles is a great location to explore the main D-Day sites. It is also a good spot for a relaxed family vacation as there are many interesting nature and architectural sites to visit and several excellent trekking trails in the area. As my trip was focused on the 80th D-Day anniversary, I hope to come back and experience the other attractions which Courseulles and the surrounding area offer.

Romain was a most helpful host. His breakfasts were fantastic especially his freshly made orange juice The town is very welcoming with interesting aspects. The oysters on sale at the quay were some of the tastiest we have experienced

Communication was great, we knew exactly what and where to go when we arrived, a lovely little welcome of treats too. Sophie and Sebastian are great hosts, we would definitely stay there again. Courseulles-sur-Mer is a lovely place, lots to see great beach. Never stuck for a restaurant or snack. Would definitely go back.

I was there for the Juno Beach Ceremony of D-Day.

I was there for the Juno Beach Ceremony of D-Day. The whole city was great. Being within walking distance of the Juno Beach Centre was fantastic. As well as being able to walk the beach. Be sure to check out the little restaurant at the one end by the small inlet. Also Cote Plage restaurant with a Mini Golf Course.

Courselles-sur-mer is a sweet little place with some very nice eating establishments - great for seafood. The smell of the harbour and the sight of seabirds picking amongst the fishing trays was entertaining and scallop shells everywhere!

The room was snug but comfortable and clean. A great location in the cute little town of Courseulles Sur Mer. Great proximity to Juno Beach and the Canadian museum. Definitely a quiet little town but we enjoyed it very much. Check in was easy and quick. Parking was convenient and felt secure.
