To experience the real French hospitality you must visit Le Mas Melusine. It is such a small “hotel” that you could even call it a boutique hotel. Lisa and Sebastien (the owners) took such a great care of us. Every day they prepared exquisite breakfasts with local goats yoghurt, amazing ripe fruits, salted butter, home made jam and most importantly the freshest French baguettes, croissants and pain au chocolates. They also prepared a vegetable juice shot for that extra vitamin boost. The place is really elegant and rustic at the same time. Rooms are really comfortable and fitted with a nice linen sheets which during hot French summers are to die for. We also got our own very romantic private part of the garden. After a while you basically feel so at home, it is incredible. We have spent one evening with the owners and other guests, socialising and it was the most fun evening! They also organised some yoga classes which we attended and even though we didn’t know French we were able to follow along.

We had a great stay at maisonette Cosi, which is in a quiet location surrounded by picturesque countryside. The maisonette is beautifully presented and very comfortable, with everything we needed. Corinne made us feel very welcome and we were pleasantly surprised to be given a complimentary breakfast on our first morning. We are looking forward to making a return visit in the near future.

Very nice place in the rural France. It is a little bit isolated, even from the Fayence village. Owner's and staff kindness and professionalism overcompensate remoteness. Quite big rooms, clean, nicely furnished (typically provencal) confy beds. Good and well prepared breakfast. A big and well kept garden. One can fell like in childhood, at his grandparents in the countryside.

Fayence is a quaint, traditional village with a market three days a week, which is especially large and busy on Saturdays. There are numerous small, independent shops and restaurants in the village and there are several major supermarkets within a few miles. The views from the village are beautiful.

Having recently sold our villa in a nearby village, we know the area well. Fayence is the largest of a number of nearby hill top villages, all with quaint cobbled streets and beautiful views. There is a choice of supermarkets and excellent boulangeries within easy reach. Fayence has a market three mornings a week, with the Saturday market being the largest - and busiest!

The owners have created a stylish little corner of paradise in the south of France. Fabulously comfortable bed, luxury bath products, and a five star breakfast served in a beautiful garden setting. There's a large pool with lounges, an outdoor summer kitchen and guest living area, all very well kept. Parking was easily available two steps from the property, thoroughly recommend!
