Location is excellent. We could walk to the shops, Nice-Ville train station and the promenade from the hotel. We even walked up Castle hill and to the old town. Our room was a king suite and we had 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It was room 419 and it was very clean, modern and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay. I think that’s the only thing they could improve on. (Nicer sausages and offer bacon too, everyday, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms). Upgrade of the breakfast would be the icing on the cake.

My stay in Nice was truly wonderful thanks to this apartment. Everything was spotless, and daily cleaning with fresh towels and neatly made beds made the experience even better. Despite being contactless, there wasn’t a single inconvenience. The mini washing machine, towel dryer, and dishwasher made everything so easy and comfortable — I felt right at home. I had considered booking a place closer to the beach, but this location turned out to be perfect. The tram and bus were super convenient, and even after a day at the beach, walking home in a swimsuit felt completely natural. Some reviews mentioned noise from nearby restaurants, but I personally didn’t find it disturbing at all. On the contrary, I felt safe walking around at night, and the lively street view actually added a sense of charm and comfort as I fell asleep. Apartment-style stays often lack hotel-level service, but this place was the exception — everything was perfect. If I ever visit Nice again, I will definitely stay here without hesitation.

    Nice is centrally located on the French Riviera. The city offers alot of sights, beaches and restaurants while also providing easy access East and West to Monaco/Monte Carlo, Cannes, and St. Tropez by train or by car. Rent a small car and enjoy the coast. Parking is under the next door hotel/casino. 10-15 minutes from the airport. Beach Lounge chairs do fill up by early afternoon. I would recommend beach all morning and then sight seeing after lunch.

    Great city, lots to do and explore, the weather was great for us which helped. Beautiful beach with lots of beachside cafes, which weren’t overly priced compared to the rest of the area. Spent a lot of time around Old town, and hired electric bikes to go up and down the beach. Took a ferry to Monaco for a day which was a highlight of our trip, Monaco isn’t any more expensive than Nice for food and drink (depending where you go of course).

    We really enjoyed the stay.

    We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is very good, clean, the location perfect. We love the city and we come every year for a few days to relax, walk, enjoy the food, the sea, also visit the surrounding towns and villages.

    Honestly isnt a place for a long vacation, but are other cities around that can be visited as well, many nice places but all similar and that can be enjoyed in about 3 days. Its more to chill and relax not that many activities, careful with booking i been scammed with the place were i supposed to stay.

    Short trip from airport so easy to get there. Huge choice of hotels to stay in. Same for restaurants with a diverse choice including French, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Mexican, Chinese and more. Plenty of small cafes too to enjoy a coffee and croissant! Loads of shops, perhaps more spaced out than Cannes or Antibes but more than enough to satisfy shoppers. Lovely long wide promenade for walks or a run. Cultrally, there are many museums and historic sites to visit. Buses and tram will get you around Nice or just walk and trains will bring you anywhere along the coast including Cannes, Antibes and Monaco and they run on time.

    It was all good.

    It was all good. I expected it to be more expensive than England. though it was about on par with London in this respect. Nice is a very lovely city with easy access to all transport. It is mainly flat where i walked also.

    This is a great little hotel on a quiet street a short walk from the sea front, tram and train stations and city centre. The hotel team were very friendly and helpful, providing some great 'insider' tips for our day trip to Monaco. The room was a good size compared to other comparable hotels we have stayed in in France, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great long weekend. Would highly recommend to other travellers to Nice.

    The best host you will ever find in France, the location is super, so easy to reach from the airport, a nice walk away (or tram ride) from the city center, beach is just few steps further, boulangerie is across the street, supermarket is super close etc. And it is qiuet there, that’s true! You will sleep like a baby no matter what! PS! The host knows all the secrets and pearls of Nice ;)

    Location of the hotel is great in the very center of Nice. The breakfast is OK - nice for France, but not excellent for 4* hotel. Bathroom and room are spacious, the bed is comfortable. Tram and bus are 7-9 min by walk from the hotel
