We only stayed two nights but loved everything. The gite was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. We enjoyed breakfast on the lovely private terrace with fabulous views of the countryside and the Storks nesting in the village. Really lovely owners who have thought of everything to make your stay memorable. Lots to see and do and plenty of excellent restaurants close by in Niederbronn les Bains Reichshoffen and Gundershoffen Will definitely return here when we visit this beautiful part of France again.

The place is full of everything you might need for your stay. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom well equipped. And the owner was really available to our question. Muy muy amable how we say in Spain Oh and it was really cozy and well heated for our late January stay

Staff super helpful, nothing too much trouble. Dinner in the restaurant was top-notch. The Wellness area was charming and varied, we thoroughly enjoyed unwinding there.

A very green part of Alsace with forests and valleys.

A very green part of Alsace with forests and valleys. A small, typical northern Alsatian village. Numerous places to visit in the surrounding area. Sites from the Franco-Prussian War of 1870 and the Second World War (Maginot Line). Excellent museums as well.

Oberbronn is a charming village with beautiful half-timbered...

Oberbronn is a charming village with beautiful half-timbered houses. We ate at the monastery restaurant. Le Boeuf Noir is only open on weekends. Oberbronn is easily explored on foot. If you're lucky, you might see lots of storks.

It's surprising how beautiful and authentic this place has...

It's surprising how beautiful and authentic this place has remained. The well-preserved townscape is particularly lovely. And everything in the surrounding area is easily accessible by car. There are also some fantastic hiking opportunities.

Oberbronn is a good base for a relaxing break.

Oberbronn is a good base for a relaxing break. There's a bakery and a few restaurants (closed during our stay), and a supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Three kilometers away, in Niederbronn-les-Bain, you'll find more options for lunch or dinner. It's a bit closer to the town, and there's also Toto, where you can rent bikes.

Oberbronn is very quiet.

Oberbronn is very quiet. You can start hiking directly from the hotel. Fresh baked goods are available for purchase. Besides the hotel, there are two other restaurants. A supermarket is located four kilometers away.

Stork park, nice restaurants with flammkuches; Niedrebronn...

Stork park, nice restaurants with flammkuches; Niedrebronn les bains nearby is also very nice to visit; hikes in the forests to visit ruined castles; Haguenau is also worth seeing with the luggage museum, St George's church and its city centre;
