Due to owners awaiting permits, the café area not yet open, so they brought breakfast (good) to our room. Very thoughtful! The new owners Fabrice and Celine just took over a few weeks before we arrived. Very nice young people, giving great effort. They spent weeks cleaning and fixing up the rooms. The room was immaculate, all new fixtures and a perfect bed and shower. Very close to multiple Restaurants and quiet nonetheless. Help getting our panniers off the bikes and to the room, and perfect secure bike storage.

Every detail in the apartment is thoroughly thought-through. The host is very caring and kind. The decoration and furniture are beautiful, the apartment was very clean, extremely well located (walking distance to the beach and 10minutes drive from the airport!), big and included parking space, fantastic views, delicious food offered by the host and a very comfortable hot tub! Would totally recommend and hopefully will come back.

Nice beach with life guards on duty during day time. Old city centre filled with many restaurants, ice cream and crepe salons and various souvenir and other shops. Strong police presence helped with ensuring security. Full time fair with many attractions, opened from 8pm. Free parking provided, but that fills up quickly. Small convenience and food shops (incl bakeries) available at walking distance. Larger supermarkets within 10 min car ride.

Palavas is a gentile, safe and walkable town, with obvious attractions of beaches, restaurants and gift shops. I think the tourist information centre could improve promoting the various attractions of the town: walks, correct opening times of amenities and, the water tower itself.

Loved this little town by the beach which turned out to have everything we needed for a beach vacation, even several locations for jet ski rentals. The public beaches have fine clean sand, the only issue is that they don't have chairs or parasols. There are private beaches that provide that as well as food and drinks, but we ended up buying a parasol for less than the price of a single entry fee. As in most every French town, the food was generally excellent but there were a couple of mediocre restaurants, check the individual ratings before you go in. And the best part: everything we wanted within walking distance.

This seaside town is particularly interesting in the summer; the beaches are beautiful, the flamingos are numerous and beautiful, and the Grau aquarium offers visitors a chance to see magnificent fish. The Camargue itself is worth exploring, with its grey horses and bulls.

Palavas is a charming little town with its harbor, shops, bars, and restaurants lining the canal. We had dinner at the lighthouse; it was excellent, and we highly recommend it. The panoramic view was a wonderful experience. Parking is also very easy, as there are lots throughout the town. We were delighted to visit and would love to go back.

Superb apartment beautifully decorated with all the modern comfort including air conditioning and mood lighting. The location is perfect. It is literally on the beach with a safety post and several quality takeaways. There is a bus stop nearby taking you in a few minutes either to Carnon and the tramway to Montpellier or to the lively Palavas-les-Flots. But the best feature of this apartment are the hosts. Their hospitality and kindness are exceptional and they ensured that we had a wonderful stay. We cannot wait to come back.

Great hotel a real gem. Super location, on the beach, quiet, beautiful rooms. Food was excellent with different choice according to the location. Staff was quick and friendly. We never waited for our food whether in the room or in the restaurant. The beach chairs were perfect, fresh water served every day. The pool was a great size 20-25 meters and good for laps. Attention to details and the staff could not been more attentive.
