The lady on the reception desk was extremely helpful and spoke English when my French failed me! Breakfast was simple but good value for money with a noticeably fresh croissant (not out of a packet!) Free parking across the road only meters from the premises, I'm not sure how that would go if the Hotel was full? However I got a spot to park, there was a train station only a minute walk from the hotel, I think that was free to park too. 10 out of 10!

Caesar was a great host, very responsive and checked that we arrived ok and if we had any questions. Our first time to Tournus in the Bourgogne area, a lovely and obviously quite affulent town. We were there early Jan, post the New Year so a number of restaurants were closed, which is common across France this time of year. Caesar gave us clear instructions on where to park, we used the free public parking and got a space very close to the apartment but imagine it may not be the same during peak holiday periods.
