Location convenient near metro and RER in a quiet street, right near Chateau de Vincennes and surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants, this is a lovely hotel. Less touristy yet quintessentially Parisian area, we loved our time here. Staff are exceptional, as are the room facilities (bed comfort great) and breakfast is comprehensive and great value.

A newly renovated building with excellent infrastructure. The studio apartment is ideal for single travelers or couples and offers everything you need, including kitchen utensils and ecological paper towels (toilet, kitchen). The studio and bathroom were very clean, very spacious and simple, but well furnished. 2 wardrobes for clothes. Very comfortable bed, not too soft, which I prefer. Very convenient that you can do laundry in the hotel. The staff is very helpful and speaks very good English. The remodeling wasn't finished yet, so the gym and bar area weren't open yet, but will definitely be top notch when finished. Highly recommended!

We stayed here as a family of five people. The apartment is in a safe and quiet area, overlooking the Bois de Vincennes. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a coffee machine. We had no problem self-catering. Both the bedrooms are of a good size. There's a modern bathroom with a nice powerful shower and bath. The host is very obliging and responds quickly to messages. She met us on arrival to handover the keys and provided lots of information on the local area. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants within five minutes walk. The metro station (Chateau de Vincennes) is a six minute walk if you're a fast walker, otherwise for most people I'd estimate it's around eight minutes. I'd definitely stay here again. It was so much cheaper than staying in the city but the proximity to the metro station makes it quick and easy to get into the centre.

Vince is a super host having a super apparment in a perfect location. We are a family with 2 kids and it was perfect for us. Metro is right bellow, RER is a short walk too. Many great resturants around (check out google maps..). Appartmet as very well designed and very well equippted. Verdict: 6 stars out of five.

This 2 story apartment feels quite cosy. (Please mind your head walking the stairs....). Entrance and kitchen downstairs, kitchen facilitates everything which is required. The sofa bed in the living room is of poor quality. The 2 bed bedroom features 2 small beds (not appropraite for tall people). Only appropriate bedroom is master bedroom. Host is very kind and eager to assist. Cleanliness could be improved.

Few steps away from metro. 2 Convenient stores near for breakfast and other needs. The place is clean and complete with amenities. The host is very accommodating and helpful. Quiet neghborhood you will feel like a local. It contributes to our great experience while visiting Paris with my family.

Vincennes is a lovely little gem just outside Paris city...

Vincennes is a lovely little gem just outside Paris city limits. Its home to a Chateau and a massive park. Prices don't reflect the distance from city centre but if youre looking for a quiet well connected area I would recommend staying here. We found some great places to eat and there are supermarkets too. Everything was walkable or connected by buses and trains.

The appartment was quite spacious and was fully equipped with elecrical appliances to support a family with young children. There were 2 television sets, one in each room. The appartment was clean. The building was on the main street, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the metro stations which allowed fast access all over Paris and Disneyland. Vincennes is a nice suburb of Paris you can walk and enjoy the Vincennes castle and the park

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the staff were all amazing, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. In a great location with the Metro line 1 taking you straight into Paris and the RER line to Disneyland. The RER will also connect with the line to CDG airport. Parking was 15 Euro a day undercover. Vincennes is a lovely town with excellent fresh food markets and nice restaurants.

Nice hotel next to the Metro stop Berault in Vincennes in a good neighbourhood. Safe place to go also in the evening and there are some nice restaurants and shops around. During the day easy metro access to the centre, which is very comfortable. The hotel rooms are nice, friendly staff which is there 24/7 and we enjoyed it very much and will come back for sure!
