From start to finish our visit was amazing. Rina and Ian are lovely hosts who are both incredibly hard working. The property is well kept from inside and out with a warm welcome as soon as you walk through the door to when you leave. All the food is also amazing and sourced locally which is an added extra bonus for me. Thank you Rina and Ian once again.

This was my first ever solo holiday and it could not have been more perfect - the location, the property, Sunita being the loveliest host. I was so excited as soon as I arrived and sat out by the river with a cup of tea and was able to completely switch off for a few days. I’m so over the moon that my first experience of a solo holiday has left me eager to book again - I felt so safe here, so cosy and just like I was home. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay and I can’t wait to come back!

We came two days to visit the Dales and we found the Old Swan location ideal to explore Malham, Ingleton and Aysgarth. Spacious standard double room with all amenities we needed for one night. We found the bed comfortable and quiet to sleep in. As it's a B&B Hotel the restaurant operates downstairs as normal, so dine-in or full English/pastry options are available for breakfast for a reasonable price. The only thing we couldn't sort out was to access Netflix or Disney Plus on the TV, but despite this we overall had a great experience. We recommend it.

Beautiful and charming little spot! Cannot fault it - the pub is stunning and the rooms are separate, located just behind the pub. Room was spacious and well decorated and had all the amenities you could need. Nespresso machine and plenty of biscuits were a lovely touch!
